aside from the location , I have no complains .. the price is really good and also the place isn't that bad. there's a variety of restaurants around and if you're not into crowd busy place this place is perfect for you,
the location for us is a bit far because most of our business was held on sapporo and niseko.

This Hotel is not fair! I request to modify or cancel the booking because i did not make it to Japan due due Denied by immigration. No reply in the email provided. No.feedbacks to.the customer.Literally this Hotel is only accepting money and no consideration to customers. it is really not recommended at all .. its a waste of money where i didnt check in the hotel. It so sad for me to spend 8 days of booking without using it and not allowed to modify it. ****! im so very disappointed.

It was a comfortable stay and the service was very good. The room is a bit small, so it may be inconvenient for those with large luggage.
The location is average, about 12 minutes' walk from Tomakomai Station.

まぁまぁ良かったです。普通に部屋も綺麗でした。
ただ、正面から入る時は、エレベーターが無いので荷物を持っている時は不便かも。

Breakfast is very delicious and has many items. Now 660 yen is cheap. The breakfast venue was not crowded and we were able to enjoy our meals at a leisurely pace. The location is right next to the downtown area, so you won't have to worry about eating or drinking, so you can easily go out every night. However, the single room I reserved had dim lighting and the space between the bed and desk was extremely narrow. In addition, there was not much storage space and the bathtub was small, and when I drained the water from the bathtub, the drainage was poor and the water overflowed around the toilet bowl, so I had no choice but to take a shower. Although I did feel some inconveniences, the rooms were generally clean, and considering the low price of accommodation and breakfast, I didn't find it too much of a problem since I'm used to staying here quickly.
