There is a white ball gravel at the entrance of the hotel, and it is a gorgeous production, but whenever it passes, gravel is seen in the passage. There is a fear that an elderly person will step on the gravel and fall. Last night, I saw the staff returning the gravel with their feet when they went out. How about doing it with a porch instead of a foot! Question about the hotel education? There is no repeat!

This hotel is simply the White Moonlight Hotel in Hokkaido. I have experienced the good service in Japan many times, but this time the service was amazing. The service staff was very polite. We wanted to book a bus from the airport to the hotel because of a change in our schedule, and it was also arranged. Check-in and meals were all great. The front desk guy also spoke good English and responded to any needs. In the end, he helped us call a taxi to the JR station and bowed to send us off. The hotel facilities are very good, the environment is beautiful and quiet, and it is very suitable for vacation. I will definitely stay here for a week if I have the chance in the future.
