Отель выбирала, на Островке, по фото, фото замечательные, и когда заехали , а мы были семьей из 4-х чел, я пришла в больший восторг. Маленький и не заметный , но в современном стиле, а когда заходишь, ты видишь умопомрачительный ( Инстаграммный дворик), где можно посидеть, попить кофе, курить. Номера вообще выше всех похвал ( двухуровневые) , очень классно стилизованы в «лофт». Матрас, матрас я тебе пою оду. Хозяину или хозяйке отеля большой, большой респект. Так держать. Отель достоин Москвы и Питера. Забыла про уборку сказать,( девчонки даже нас доставали дайте нам убраться, а мы очень противились😃) номера 2 и 3 были с 23 по 26 августа 2023

На трипадвайзере ресторан Кокон славиться плохим обслуживанием и «холодным яйцом Бенедикт». И если бы не совет местных жителей, то мы бы исходя из таких отзывов не приехали бы сюда на обед! Редкая птица, которую так нахваливает трипадвайзер закрыли на банкет, и мы приехали в Кокон. Ничуть не пожалели. Блюда которые мы с мужем заказывали были очень даже вкусные. И даже яйцо Бенедикт было теплым😉. Ресторан однозначно рекомендую, спасибо Полине, обслуживающей нас.

выше всяких похвал. отличный бутик-отель. чистота, комфорт, доброжелательность персонала, сервис и еще много-много можно писать про Кокон. номер 1 - двухуровневый, очень удобно. кто-то писал про ступеньки - а-ля грязно. в номере есть тапочки, надевайте и не пачкайте ножки))) хотя еще раз повторюсь - чистота везде и во всем. кто-то писал, что плохая шумоизоляция, лично я с этим не столкнулась, было тихо и спокойно. отдельно хочу отметить девочек-администраторов. Вы просто супер, везде бы таких. остановлюсь у вас обязательно еще... и не раз.

Если бы в данном отеле относились к гостям как к гостям, с уважением, то все было бы хорошо! Долгое оформление на ресепшн, администратор говорит по телефону, когда я жду свой номер, поднимает голос, и не проявляет никаких добрых эмоций. Сразу хочется уйти.
