雖然是個老酒店，但是酒店的設備都很好，沒有什麼異味，位置就位於託盧卡市標的旁邊，地段非常好，離利物浦也很近，到哪裡都很方便

The property itself is nice and the rooms are comfortable. Most of the staff is very friendly and approachable. My real issue with this place is that they have a gym/pool area. It is locked for liability reasons because they had youth groups. My issue is that I had to call the front desk to open the gym pool area and it would take anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes after calling from my room. I’d have to walk to the front desk to remind them. The worst part is that they lock you in and you have to call to be let out and the other day, I waited half to 10 minutes to be let out. I complained about it and I was told it would be better but the same issue this morning. My concern is in case of an emergency, can’t get out. There’s no exit. My timing to the gym is very limited and it’s ridiculous that I would have to allocate extra time to go in and out. In addition, for lack of better words, it seems a bit ghetto that they don’t provide TV and AC remotes, blow dryers, or irons. You have to go to the front desk and leave an ID. This last time that I asked for a blow dryer I told the woman that I needed my ID so can she just make a note of it from my reservation, just seems ridiculous. I’ve never experienced that at another hotel. If the hotel has an issue with people stealing these items, they should have guests sign some thing that says if those items go missing there’s a charge. Lastly, it would be nice to have mini fridges and washer/dryer at the hotel.

A highly recommended hotel to stay and spend a formidable stay, come with family, couple or friends is a guarantee of excellent attention by the staff that works. The pool facilities are very comfortable and safe.

I stayed through a tour in December. The hotel is nice, it has many amenities that I would have liked to enjoy more, like a swimming pool and a billiards, the buffet food is good, for the passage it was good 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

Clean, very comfortable, central, attentive people, highly recommended for rest, pleasure and/or business. For several years I have visited it and they have made modifications for the benefit of their guests, one of the best there is in Toluca.

From check in, the friendliness was not very friendly, the bathroom in the room was dirty, the water in the shower never came out hot and the restaurant buffet is very basic. It's not what I expected since I had previously stayed there

The reason we selected that hotel was because of the pool, but when we arrived it was not in operation; They had it under maintenance. When I made the reservation I asked the person if the pool would be working on that date, commenting that it would be open.

The hotel is very clean, the pool is delicious, my children were very happy and very calm. It is a very nice hotel and you don't hear much noise. Very calm. My family and I had a very comfortable time.

I don't recommend the breakfast buffet, it's really bad. Hard bread, hard muffins, hard meat. Raw egg, cold food. A la carte is much better, you just have to consider your budget.
