Courtyard Toluca Airport

Great service and location! The property is well kept and the service is great! I would include additional options for breakfast.

The most amazing this of this hotel is their peopel. So attentive and service oriented. We were very comfortable during this week of stay, as we were in the first week. Thank you very much to Daniel, the manager, and all the staff, they were wonderful to us. Andres

The hotel is beautiful, not big, not small. People are very attentive. Daniel, the general manager is on top of every detail and makes sure we feel like at home. One of the most pleasant stays.

I stay here every time I visit Toluca and love the staff. Always a great stay.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE THAT IS ALL I CAN SAY. I PAID FOR THE ROOM SEVERAL DAYS AGO, AND I SHOW UP TO FIND OUT THAT THE HOTEL IS OVERBOOKED AND THE STAFF COULD CARE LESS…AFTER OVER AND HOUR OF WAITING THEY ARE FINALLY TAKING ME TO A HOTEL MUCH FARTHER AWAY AND HAL THE PRICE…..

******* mentioned "free airport shuttle" so I called the property and they rejected to pick me up, claiming they were busy. I asked when was the earliest time they could come and they gave me a time but said they would charge me (considerably more expensive than a regular taxi). I asked to speak with the manager and they kept me on hold for 17 minutes, after which they told me the manager was not available and simply hung up. Room was old, too simplistic, and without ANY equipment. The A/C was very old and the heat did not work. The hinges on the shower's door were very loose which had me worry the door could fall and injure me or my son. When I asked for basic toiletries (toothpaste and toothbrush), they said they only had stuff for sale but they were out of toothpaste anyway. Not precisely what you expect from a Courtyard location. Definitely not coming back.
