We had an absolute blast at El Frances. I travelled with a large family group including kids. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! The staff at El frances made our vacation extra special. Juan, Rita, Leydi, Nelly, Daniela and Juan Pacheco treated us with so much kindness and warmth that we will always remember them. The house was great, comfortable, and beautiful but the staff made it top notch! We also took a trip to El Crystal in their private boat. Everything was so peaceful and beautiful there. Juan made sure that every detail was perfectly planned and executed. Please continue thanking the staff for us, they deserve all the love and appreciation. Maria Curtis
