What I didn’t like was the front desk tried to add a hidden charge for my pet. They call themselves “pet friendly” but they are not.

I like the hotel only few issues with connectivity altough the idea was to be disconnected I had to check few documents that was not able due to the poor connection, also some leakages as it rained but the staff promptly checked and moved me to another room, excellent place 👍

The dining experience was absolutely delightful, and the cuisine was simply outstanding. One suggestion for improvement would be to ensure that there is wheelchair accessibility to accommodate individuals with mobility restrictions.

Trabajadores muy amables. La piscina infinita que está en el rooftop tiene una vista espectacular y se ve un atardecer genial. Comida y bebidas muy deliciosas, mi favoritos: Sopa de pescado, arroz de coco y la margarita de mango biche. Genial todo.

Ideal para descansar -Ideal para Familias con niños pequeños, Buena comida, si quieres comprar, caminar no hay nada cerca ,hay que tomar mototaxi para ir a tolú $15.000 por trayecto, Buenas instalaciones, el personal le falta ser mas cálido, según la temporada en la que viajen si hay mar de leva la entrada y salida del hotel se complica ,hay que llegar caminado y salir caminando, pues al no haber acceso seguro para los carros pequeños nos dejan a unas 2 cuadras del hotel,!! considero que el personal puede ser mas empático con la situación a la hora de tomar el traslado de regreso y prestar un servicio hasta el punto donde recogen a las personas, teniendo en cuenta la situación del mar os niños, las personas adultas y las maletas y la hora en la que tenga previsto salir del hotel

Excelente hotel, impecable, instalaciones hermosas, divina su arquitectura (el lugar es bastante grande, perfecto para unas vacaciones en familia), lugar demasiado tranquilo perfecto para descansar, la atención del personal del hotel es excelente son muy atentos, la comida es deliciosa al igual que los cocteles. Tiene varias piscinas y playa privada. Me alojé en una suite y tenia TV, mini bar, aire acondicionado, room service y vista al mar para disfrutar de los hermosos atardeceres. Si tienes carro hay un parqueadero muy amplio. Esta ubicado a menos de 10 minutos del aeropuerto de tolú. Es alejado de la ciudad por lo que es muy tranquilo.
