Es un lugar con unas instalaciones bonitas y bien tenidas. Sin embargo, no es un lugar que recomiende para familias y para descansar. El ruido extremo de de los parlantes que traen otros huéspedes no es controlado por el hotel y eso hace que la estancia sea realmente incómoda. Si usted quiere descansar, le recomiendo que busque otro lugar. Este lugar es apto para gente que no tiene problema con el ruido, no para familias que buscan descanso y tranquilidad.

El hotel la fragata es bueno pero sin embargo nos cobraron la temporada alta sabiendo que era temporada baja. En un momento, fuimos los UNICOS huéspedes, pero, al ser los únicos huéspedes, al parecer no podíamos gozar de todos los servicios, como por ejemplo la música en la piscina, la luz en la recepción o chorros en las piscinas. No hay wifi, ni siquiera hay señal. La televisión de los aparta estudios, sus controles remotos no sirven. En los aparta estudios NO hay caja fuerte ni closets. Aunque le faltaron muchos detalles al hotel, su higiene es excelente al igual que su amabilidad, las piscinas estaban totalmente aseadas y su zona en el mar, bar deck solarium playa, es ideal para ver un atardecer e igual se encuentra limpio.
