Great Hotel in the city centre. Top location. Spacious rooms with great beds. Nice staff. Mini Bar. The free walking tour in. English starts in the front of the hotel. The sightseeing busses ar with 50 metres. Ideal for a two or three days stay in the old city of Toledo

My husband and I drove back from Portugal and decided that we were going to stop off in Toledo. We stayed at this hotel. What an amazing hotel it is. And the prices are very affordable.The building is beautiful (architecture). Felt like we were in a tiny castle. The staff welcomed us (we came a bit late). They suggested where we go to eat (local food with the locals)at that time, they even explained the rules and closing times etc re that city during this time and corona restrictions. The room we stayed in was amazing. View of the whole city. We had an amazing terrace/patio.We were taken aback by the view we had. The bathroom was big-commodities included-soap etc. Bidet included. Heating was good. Modern furnishings. In the winter the floors are normally cold in Spain (throughout), this hotel was almost as if they had floor heating (who knows). It has a very warm, cozy feeling to it. The bed was comfortable and extra linen provided. Internet worked well. This hotel should be a 4 or 5 star hotel. A short walk into the city, the location is absolutely perfect. Adriana and all at reception were friendly and helpful. Now that we have discovered this hotel, we will be back for sure. Centrally located in historic old town Toledo. On the main road and easy to access via taxi, driving, or walking. I loved the decor, modern amenities within the shell of an old building. Shower was amazing, and the water was hot. Opted for the included breakfast, which offered everything you need to fuel up for a day on the town. One thing to note - it is an old building and there is ONE climate control for the entire building, it's either set to AC or heat depending on the season and you don't get to choose. Opening the windows is an option, but you are in the city and it's loud outside. Probably not an issue unless you're traveling on the cusp of the season. I had no problem sleeping with the windows open, but did hear several guests complaining during our stay.

The room was clean and I was satisfied with the water pressure of the shower and the strength of the dryer. I think it is a hotel that can be recommended when staying in Toledo sightseeing. It is also very convenient because there are restaurants and shops nearby.

We arrived at the place at mid-third and there was no one at reception, neither when arrived nor when left in the morning, the site itself is beautiful, very well decorated, with beautiful stone walls and stone stone and large rooms with very high roofs. For not to mention the bathroom, there was no “heat” air from the heating and when the window was frozen, the hot water took a lot to go out and in the shower you were sticked the garden all the time to the body as they had put it very close to the The room was not well isolated because people who passed through the street and the door of the hotel were heard perfectly. Therefore the experience has been bad, I wouldn't repeat or recommend this establishment to anyone, play with only that the decor is beautiful but very disappointing comfort. The neighborhood in which you are also a little unfrozen, little lighting and with not too good paint.

The hotel is outside the ancient city of Toledo, which is more suitable for self-driving. The hotel has a designated parking lot that can be parked, and it is better to park. It takes about ten or twenty minutes from the hotel to the ancient city of Toledo. The room is quite big, it is like the bathroom is not very good.

The hotel staff were helpful . We were given a room on the ground floor. The hall way in between the rooms are spacious . To our great surprise, despite the furniture inside the room were very old fashion , they were very clean and all the amenities in the bedroom and bathroom were very well designed and handy. We think this hotel must be a very expensive hotel in the good old days. The bath room and the bedroom was really spacious. The room was bright with lamp lights and the bed was comfortable. And we were lucky to be able to met some very helpful and polite spanish in the entrance hall of the hotel. The hotel was located on the the foot of the slopes leading to the tourist attractions uphills. We could easily find a free carpark around the hotel . We think this is the best hotel we had during our 16 days trip to Spain. It is really value for money. If we come back to Toledo, we will definitely choose this hotel again.

This hotel is on the outside areas of Toledo – you need a car to get to the centre (I read there is also a shuttle, but this was not mentioned to us, nor did we see any info on this). The hotel looked a empty, the parking was very empty, the bar/restaurant area was very empty,… Checking in was smooth, and the room was very nice: it was big, clean, with a good bed and very nice bath room. We wanted to eat something, but this was only possible in the bar area, one that looks very stylish with a color glass ceiling. The menu is very limited, but the food was good, prices reasonable. Breakfast was very nice, plenty of items to choose from, with a lot of attention to Covid (masks required, you have your own ‘device’ to grab the food, and they monitor this very closely too. Would I recommend this place? If you like a big room, and don’t mind you are not in walking distance of the town: for sure!

The hotel is quiet and comfortable. The room is just right, with a large bathroom, where, in our case, one stick is missed where you can put the towels and perhaps also a mampara covering the length of the bathroom. The hotel has a spacious box, minibar and two bottles of courtyard water. A friendly staff, especially the receptionist who, when commenting that we found a chocolate starting at the minibar, gave us a fruit box in a way of excuse. By being in a area without other services, the bar time could be extended, as it closed to 23h.
