"At first, I changed rooms because the bathroom in room 406 smelled so bad as soon as I entered. Room 603 didn't smell and had a good view. However, it was an old building + there was quite a lot of noise when the door was opened and closed. I woke up to the sound of other rooms leaving just after 6 in the morning. It was pretty good at blocking out outside noise. The very small terrace (balcony?) was slightly tilted down, so I took a picture with only one foot on it in case it collapsed. It was 103 euros including breakfast on a weekday in May. Breakfast was okay. The bathroom smelled a little like a sewer the next day, but it wasn't bad. The bed was okay, and the bathroom and shower were spacious! The view in room 603 was also good because it was open. I don't know about the other rooms, but if they gave me room 603, I would visit again. But if I checked in late and only room 406 was left... I don't think I would come back."

"All very well. Some lack of organization between reception and cleaning. Since the cleaning staff accesses the room to check if it is still occupied, this is at 8:15. I thought it could be a mistake, but when we returned to the room after breakfast, we saw the same case in another room that was also occupied. Otherwise everything perfect"

"It was a historic hotel that looked like a castle at first glance, but the facilities were renovated and clean and nice. Breakfast was delicious with salad, fruit and croissants, and there was also a coffee machine in Nesporesso. It was a complex building that could not go to the guest room without changing to the elevator ２, but there was no problem if I got used to it. The location was good because the elevator to go to the city of Toledo was also very close."

"The hotel is in a great location, but it's not in the old town. It's on the hill opposite the old town, so you can overlook the old town, the church and the castle. The sunset is very beautiful. You must stay at this hotel when you go to Toledo. Check in at 15:00. If you arrive early, you can only send your luggage and go to the old town. There are shuttle buses to the old town, or you can walk. It will take about an hour to walk."

"When we arrived, the room was ready. At the reception they were very kind offering us breakfast for the next day, and what to say about the room, it was great, it had a lot of space and the mattress was very comfortable. We didn't use the hotel car park but right in front of the hotel there are many places to park and we had no difficulty finding it. A success, we will definitely return!"

"Nice location. Pretty hotel. Good service with helpful reception staff. Could be improved with better cleaning in the room and a fresher smell. Prices become indecent around summer, same as every big city in Spain. However it’s certainly not worth the price paid."

"The location is superb, near to the places of interests. Next to METRO. Ample free open-air parking minutes walk away, but may take a bit of figuring out. Rooms/Beds were good size, clean, odorless & comfortable. We had room heating kick-in but could quite figure out how to control it, fortunately the front desk resolved it eventually."
