The location is superb, just a few minutes from downtown. There's a fantastic café nearby. The room was impeccably clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. However, the room was quite small, and one of the lights was positioned near the pillow, turning on inadvertently whenever we moved.
Feel free to make any adjustments according to your preferences or if there's a specific tone you'd like to maintain.

Was clean, nothing fancy, but excellent value for the money! Walking distance from the old city. If you looking for services, this is not the place, since it has none. But if you looking for a clean, pleasant and affordable accommodation, this is it.

Booked this 3 star hotel only to be put in a 2 star hostel across the road. Not a good start. Room was not awful, but below the standard I expected. Overall disappointing.

Arrived late, 9.30 pm. Receptionist knew us by name, was very helpful and offered information on free parking and restaurants nearby. The receptionist couldn't have been more pleasant. I'd thoroughly recommend this pet friendly hotel/hostal. The room is spotless.

We enjoyed our stay in Toledo at the Tripolis Toledo hotel. Its location allows for easy walking into the Old City for sightseeing, and there is a great bar/coffee shop across the street for breakfast.

We were very well received, very clean room. The only downside concerns the switch located behind the pillows, suddenly the light came on every time we moved during the night, which is very annoying.

On the website they show you some images of some rooms, but then, BEWARE (those at reception can fool you)!!!, they can put you in others that smell like poo (there are pipes from other bathrooms), they smell like tobacco They have no light or hardly any ventilation, a lot of noise from the street, humidity, lousy cleanliness, unpresentable sheets and bedspreads, dirty furniture, etc., made you want to vomit. The worst experience of my life in these places. Nothing recommended. Around there are other establishments much better than this one and at the same price.
