Hilton Garden Inn Toledo Downtown

Great location in the middle of the city. Rooms are large and up-to-date. OUTSTANDING!!

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Housekeeping did not clean our room or change the towels/linen. They skipped our room entirely. The room had one little trash can which got full very quickly. The bathroom design is awkward with the faucet and shower head on opposite ends of the shower. The sliding door opens on one side which is where the toilet is. The bathroom has no fan and no trash can. The hotel staff seemed confused about parking arrangements with the garage and gave conflicting information. You should be prepared to pay for breakfast or any meal because they provide nothing. We asked for recommendations for restaurants around the area and the concierge handed us a map and walked away- we have smart phones with maps. The valet guys were great and the initial 2 ladies who checked us in ON 6/4/22 around 10AM were great. The location was great but I wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel itself it’s nice, it has a great location, rooms are clean and beds are comfortable, I booked 2 bedrooms, they put me in floor 9 and my kids floor 10, when I got to the room the assigned me, the key didn’t work, went back to the lobby, the fixed the key issue, went back to the room, opened the door to a man and his family inside the room, needless to say this man freaked out and kicked me out of the room immediately, went back to the lobby, they assign me to a different floor, still on a different floor (8) than my kids, without the possibility to cancel ended up using only one room to be able to keep my whole family together.

Beautiful hotel and very friendly and helpful staff. Love that it was so close to the ball park. The food in the restaurant was delicious.

Great hotel. Only complaint is lots of noise from the street. Music and yelling made it difficult to fall asleep and woke me and me up though the night.

Parties on the hallway all night We got no rest Towels and cloths we stiff and itchy Staff was not accommodating Cafe staff wouldn’t let me get a bagel or coffee because I was 2min past close

Great hotel! Updated and has nice staff. Great location if you want to walk to all the bars, restaurants, mud hens, huntington center, etc.

If you are driving down Summit Street looking for the Hilton, don’t bother looking because you won’t find it. It is hidden inside a commercial real estate complex called the Glass City Center. Not a Hilton sign to be seen. Actually not a hotel at all as the term is usually understood, it is a block of rooms carved out of the business complex. Amenities are scarce. But close to the Mudhens baseball field, so there is that.

Friendly staff and clean property and rooms. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
