It is an elegant facility that makes good use of an old building. Correspondence of the front desk is very kind, too! It was convenient to have an Italian restaurant inside the hotel. Beautiful hotel. Lovely stay. Only negatives were the parking (complicated system which meant I got trapped in a stairwell) and the hotel Italian restaurant which just needs proper management. Great reception staff and very good value. Highly recommend.

A wonderful hotel! Breakfast was out of this world! The restaurant de la orza next door was outstanding as was the osteria. In the Jewish district, it was close to everything. The museum de el pintor greco was a must!

Great little hotel. Nice rooms, beautiful old building in the middle of breathtaking Toledo.
No real parking is the only one little thing that might be less than convenient.

Overall the hotel is amazing! We only stayed 1 night but would definitely return. Satff in all areas fabulous.

The location is very convinient, walkable to all the touristy area, A bit pricey but I guess its tourist season. Parking was also bit expensive for the night but it's unlimited entry and exit, reserve stall is nice no need to worry about looking for an empty stall.
Room is small for 2 people but thats how it is in old town I guess, however its a bit noisy you can hear bagging from room upstair and also at the corridor. Bed is firm for me but I slept ok. Good thing it was only for one night.
