Hotel muito bem localizado permitindo os passeios a pé. O quarto era limpo e a cama muito confortável. É um hotel simples mas que oferece tudo o que você precisa para uma estadia curta em Toledo. O café da manhã é simples e sem grande variedade. Senti falta de ovos já que o café consiste basicamente de pão, croissant e frutas; mas o café oferecido pelo hotel é rápido, o que lhe permite sair para passear logo cedo.

What a wonderful hotel. Created from 7 medieval houses, as you walk through you can see in the undercroft cisterns and other archaeological remains. Staff at reception were very helpful, providing map and suggestions on best things to see and do. Our room with a small terrace was a good size with an incredibly comfortable bed. The room was well furnished with a kettle, a coffee maker, robes and plenty of storage space. Our terrace had two chairs and a lovely view over the town and the hills in the distance. Bath had a monsoon shower over it and good quality toiletries. Breakfast was extra but was of a very high quality with a huge choice of breads, meats, cheese, salads as well as hot food. We didn't use the spa, too busy sightseeing. All in all a superb stay and value for money too. I would recommend that anyone with reduced mobility or with lots of luggage should contact the hotel when booking as the entrance is down a steep, very narrow road that taxis cannot enter, so have to stop outside the cathedral about 50 meters away.

We arrived at the place at mid-third and there was no one at reception, neither when arrived nor when left in the morning, the site itself is beautiful, very well decorated, with beautiful stone walls and stone stone and large rooms with very high roofs. For not to mention the bathroom, there was no “heat” air from the heating and when the window was frozen, the hot water took a lot to go out and in the shower you were sticked the garden all the time to the body as they had put it very close to the The room was not well isolated because people who passed through the street and the door of the hotel were heard perfectly. Therefore the experience has been bad, I wouldn't repeat or recommend this establishment to anyone, play with only that the decor is beautiful but very disappointing comfort. We selected 3 double rooms with individual beds, as you will tell you we loved them, large beds and both beds and very comfortable cottages, indispensable to rest after Toledo swallow. Great Hotel in the city centre. Top location. Spacious rooms with great beds. Nice staff. Mini Bar. The free walking tour in. English starts in the front of the hotel. The sightseeing busses ar with 50 metres. Ideal for a two or three days stay in the old city of Toledo

The hotel is outside the ancient city of Toledo, which is more suitable for self-driving. The hotel has a designated parking lot that can be parked, and it is better to park. It takes about ten or twenty minutes from the hotel to the ancient city of Toledo. The room is quite big, it is like the bathroom is not very good.

My husband and I drove back from Portugal and decided that we were going to stop off in Toledo. We stayed at this hotel. What an amazing hotel it is. And the prices are very affordable.The building is beautiful (architecture). Felt like we were in a tiny castle. The staff welcomed us (we came a bit late). They suggested where we go to eat (local food with the locals)at that time, they even explained the rules and closing times etc re that city during this time and corona restrictions. The room we stayed in was amazing. View of the whole city. We had an amazing terrace/patio.We were taken aback by the view we had. The bathroom was big-commodities included-soap etc. Bidet included. Heating was good. Modern furnishings. In the winter the floors are normally cold in Spain (throughout), this hotel was almost as if they had floor heating (who knows). It has a very warm, cozy feeling to it. The bed was comfortable and extra linen provided. Internet worked well. This hotel should be a 4 or 5 star hotel. A short walk into the city, the location is absolutely perfect. Adriana and all at reception were friendly and helpful. Now that we have discovered this hotel, we will be back for sure. We had booked two nights at the hotel but really considered checking out after the first nigh as a car is required to visit the city and the restaurant was closed. I showed the receptionist their web page and it said that the restaurant was open. A few hours later we were told that a meal would be coked for us and could we choose what we wanted. It appeared that one chef was ill and the other chef came in and cooked just for us, this was a piece of great customer service which we appreciated. I believe that due to covid the hotel was not getting many guests and therefore revenue was down, this also showed in the garden not been kept tidy, although the pool was in good repair. The room required a little tender loving but had a fridge and AC but no safe. The public areas in the hotel were clean and tidy. The panoramic view of the city was spectacular. I feel for the hotel owners as with reduced revenue they did not have enough money to spend on the outside areas, but I think that as the number of guest increase the hotel will shine once again.

Then my wife was stolen in a private room on the 2nd floor and with a sergeant controlling access to the buffet, the thief or the thiefs passing through reception went to the buffet room was talking to the sergeant q controlling access (Because I saw it and I confirm it) and yet I don't know why they left him staying in the room (to me asked about the room to go) and in a disorder they stole our pocket. I think it would have been much more careful with access, we'll see how this ends Among the €3000 q taken out of the card and the more than €1000 losses per cash, mobile, glasses, car keys, etc, the stay went out for a peak. Do not leave anything unnoticed The hotel is in principle rejecting any liability and they say they have no insurance to answer for the robbery, we will see if the health advice can mediate in the matter.

We stayed on a trip from Madrid to Toledo whilst heading to Alicante. Located about 15 minutes outside Toledo at the side of a golf course. We regretted the decision pretty much on arrival. The building is large and well appointed and overlooks the golf course. Sadly it would appear that there were no other guests, failing that they were hiding in the large disused building next door! Reception staff were helpful and friendly, the room was large and well appointed but just felt like it hadn’t been used recently. The fridge unit still carried letters saying that it wasn’t filled due to Covid , as it was full but with no prices we assumed that this was a holdover to the previous pandemic. Or perhaps getting organised for the next one. Despite a full fridge there was no milk or milk powder for drinks, or a price list to indicate the basis they’d been supplied on. We decided to take down the sealed extra duvet as it was cold , only to find large pieces of red stain - blood make up we weren’t sure. Really off putting The bar was closed when we arrived at about 5 in the afternoon and may as well have been when we arrived back about ten 30 pm All in all we were genuinely dissapointed and couldn’t reccomend any one staying here . Perhaps with more guests it might have been better but we won’t be back
