1920's Duplex near Promedica, Jeep Plant, St. Anne's, and the Seagate Center

First floor of the Duplex located near University of Toledo, Jeep Plant, Promedica, and Saint Anne Mercy Hospital. Walking distance from Rite Aid, Mancy's Steakhouse, and Boyd's Candy store with vintage candies. Little Caesars a hop away along with burger king, taco bell, McDonald's, and Marco's down the road. Two different Krogers and a Target less than a mile away. All in a cozy neighborhood across from an elementary school. Bring yourself, a sense of adventure, and your pet too. Things included: bedding, towels, full cookware and dishes, a large TV, a dedicated work space, king and queen bed, and a large dinning room table with leaflets to expand it. Parking in the back of the house, street parking, and some grass in the back yard for your pet. Only shared spaces are the laundry room in the basement and stairwell to the primary doors that are inside. No smoking or vaping inside, please take out the trash and recycling on Monday nights if you're a long term stay, if you can please water the plant in the dining room, it's a real plant.
