My stay at the hotel was very convenient, as it is connected to a large mall with a handy shop on the first floor—perfect for avoiding the bad weather. The vibrant neighborhood offers plenty of restaurants and shops, and the nearby metro stations make it easy to get around.
The front desk staff was helpful, although the hotel is in the process of implementing a self check-in and check-out service. The room was spacious enough for two people and accommodated our luggage comfortably. Overall, it was a great experience!

Otsuka is a very convenient location close to Ikebukuru. Many choices of restaurants and are value for money.
The room we picked is interesting. We stayed there for a week However, it is not recommended for aged people as they will need to climb up to to the bed by stairs. I like it but you need to “mind you head” for the first two days as you will easily knock into the top rack of the bed.
It will be better if the Hotel can provide toothpaste solely but not toothpast and toothbrush together in a bag.
We have trouble to book 2 days in advance a taxi from the Hotel to the Airport Shuttle bus stop at Ikebukuru. The Hotel staff was helpful but we guessed it could be the short distance, the taxi company did not entertain. It is strange experience for an international city like Tokyo.

Big room and very clean hotel. Location is just ”ok” for us. Quiet area and you got to walk about 10mins to nearest station. Front desk staff were all very friendly. Amenities like toothbrush toothpaste slippers will need to ”request” from front desk. Hotel does not provide mineral water.

12 points. Recommend this hotel to friends who come to Ikebukuro.
Let's talk about the location first. It's only a three-minute walk from Ikebukuro Station. It's very easy to find on the roadside.
The hotel is newly opened. You can find the environment by looking at the pictures I posted.
It's very fresh and very comfortable.
You can order food, drinks and coffee when sitting outside at night.
There is a self-service machine on the first floor for check-in.
All supplies can be picked up in the lobby on the first floor.
The room is very big. What's special is that there is a steam room and a massage bathtub.
I booked a family of three and each person had a bed and slept very comfortably.

The transportation is very convenient. You can get there just around the corner from Otsuka Station. There are many delicious shops in the commercial area on the other side of the station. There is a convenience store opposite the hotel. It is also very convenient to buy snacks and drinks. The room is very clean and has sufficient lighting. The highlight is the full-length mirror in the room. There are lamp posts on both sides, and the desk can be turned up to be used as a dressing table. There are mirrors and makeup lighting, which is very suitable for stays where makeup is needed.

Checking into hotel was easy. Staff was helpful. Language wise still able to communicate with English. Lobby staff was attentive and will press the lift when I'm walking to that direction. I had informed the staff that I will need a late check out and was informed that they will only allow up to 12.30pm (normal check out time is 12pm). But during check out day, the staff had called to my room and informed me that check out time is past 12pm. And the words they used are not professional. Telling me that if I did not check out before 12.30pm, they will charge extra as per night. They will need to improve on this.
