It is huge and because it’s located in the hotel, shelves are pretty filled up. The hotel's facilities, include a well-equipped fitness center and a relaxing pool (didn’t get to try as it is winter). The attention to cleanliness and maintenance throughout the property adds to the sense of comfort and well-being. There is also 2 in 1 washing machine with dryer at L18 at the south tower for usage starting from 500yen, depending on what the features you would like it to be, best of all, it comes with detergent. Beautiful hotel, free shuttle to and from the airport. Gorgeous onsen. Pretty grounds with big trees and walkway. Lovely fountain at entrance, big car park, fridge in room and kimono for use. Shop in lobby, choice of great food, Attentive smiling staff, big lobby. Free toiletries in nice bathroom with bath.

If you’re a solo traveller and like walking Great location to about 20min walk from the back of the hotel to Ginza shopping centre, the Tokyo JR, subway stations. All the famous brand shopping mall just above the station. The hotel is very immaculately clean and comfy and spacious to stay. The toilet /shower is new and spotless. The only thing is the the noise from the water tap is super loud when turn on. Quite disappointed to see one of the towel have brown smeared marks on it, it maybe have been used (house cleaning issues). Other than that housecleaning was great they make the bed new gown and slippers, great teabags refilled. A great service. The wall is somewhat Jon sound proof but we slept through after the busy day out. So not quite a problem for us. The window can open and lots of cool air can come in. I like the air freshener keep our room and shoes refreshed. We stayed at rm452. It’s a great room The receptionists were fantastic most don’t speak English , one lady speaks little but unfriendly service, one young handsome with gorgeous thick eyebrows the most friendly and speaks very good English, he deserves our 5star. He’s the only friendly guy and very helpful. I got his name wrong so I can’t write it here. The restaurant old man service was great, my daughter has allergies to shrimp and the good old man changes some of the dishes to accommodate her which was so kind and very nice. The restaurant kitchen hand deserve the five stars from us. Overall we had a very smooth stay.

Hotel staff is friendly and can speak english. The room is sizeable for 2 persons. There is a water dispenser on the floor which we stayed on. The hotel also dedicated a shelf at the reception stocked with necessities (eg. Shaver, shaving cream, cotton buds, even basic make up) which you can take. There is also a coffee machine, orange juice and water dispenser at the reception. Best part about the hotel is the location. It is very close to Ginza Station (just a short 5mins walk) and just next to the main shopping belt of Ginza with the luxury and other big brands. There is also a Family Mart and Lawson nearby, as well as a cafe downstairs and Starbucks near the hotel. Downside is the toilet looks a little old. But we are not fussy about it as it is clean enough, and for the affordable price paid, the hotel is a great find!

Very convenient location. Room was very snug. Barely fit a Queen size bed with minimum walking space. Hotel feels older, but had just the right modern amenities that made the stay more easier. Staff went above and beyond to help us out when we had issues. Would recommend for last minute travelers on a budget.

Hotel is situated at a very assessable location, at the cross roads of JR and 2 more lines. There is plenty of food and shopping around and even some.small sightseeing places in the hotel itself like the aquarium. However, room was very little, the toilet even ser. However for this price and location it's really value for money.

its our 2nd time to stay here in this hotel . we loved the location its very near to affordable foods like yoshinoya,sukiya,ramen hidakaya and mcdonalds and a 14mins walk only to ameyoko ueno

In summary, while Henn na Hotel Tokyo offers an overall satisfactory experience, the exceptionally hard bed significantly impacted the quality of stay, resulting in lower backaches after just one night. Despite the other aspects being acceptable, the discomfort caused by the bed makes the price unjustifiable. Unfortunately, the inability to secure a refund added to the dissatisfaction. Regrettably, I won't consider returning, even if the stay were offered for free, due to the critical issue with the bed's comfort.

Hotel is clean and tidy. Appreciate with the welcome drinks and the hot springs inside the hotel,

The room was well cleaned and the room was beautiful. Amenities were necessary or sufficient. However, there was no instant coffee. I went there by car, and the parking lot was spacious and I was able to park there until 6pm the next day, and the price was reasonable at 1,500 yen. There was also a supermarket (Summit) and restaurants nearby, which was convenient. I would like to use it next time I go to Tokyo.
