A very nice hotel, the room view was amazing, with direct access to the monorail station, and connected with a small mall where you can find a Convenience store & other shops

It's very good. From the front desk to the room to breakfast to dinner, etc., every detail is great and the price/performance ratio is very high. Especially the dishes and service in the Japanese restaurant in the hotel are so authentic, which made my mother very happy. She will never forget the Japanese restaurant. It was my first time to stay at the Hilton Conrad. I didn’t expect that the service and quality were better than those at the Ritz-Carlton and Peninsula. I even liked it better. Unfortunately, I couldn’t cancel the hotel later, otherwise I would have to extend my stay for two days. What a pity. However, we have developed a new continent and will visit more often in the future!

Great location right next to the station and nice see view even though on lower floor. Big room size but no espresso coffee machine unlike Nikko hotel next door. Breakfast varieties okay and free welcome drink station for hotel guests.

Stayed here for a night. Amenities room’s really good. Staff are very friendly too. One thing I did not like are the automated check-in kiosks. when I needed questions about breakfast or check-out information, I had to hail for a staff who is also busy at other kiosks. Not sure if this is the right direction HOTEL EXCEL should be taking in terms of service. I must say that their breakfast situation was a pleasant surprise because I truly enjoyed the food selection. Recommend getting their breakfast. Overall, this hotel met my all my needs. Will not hesitate to stay here for a night again in the future if my itinerary requires it.

It was good with a humidified air cleaner. It was a room without a table that could eat or work, but it was perfect for sleeping. It was good to have a welcome drink until 22 o'clock and can be used even if it is late check-in. Shopping is also convenient in Ariake Garden. I want to come slowly again

We’re a family of 4, staying 9 nights at the Pullman Tamachi in 2 adjoining rooms. Our experience of the hotel and in particular staff was exceptional. We were generously granted early check in and a very late check out (possibly helped by my Diamond All.Accor status) which made our day of arrival and departure that more easy to manage. Thank you Jakapun (Director of rooms) The rooms were generous in size, very well appointed and laid out. The breakfast in the main restaurant was great with a nice variety of options. Staff were attentive and food was replenished as needed. The location was perfect for us, metres from the main train line linking the busiest stations, yet far way from the hustle to offer a much-needed sanctuary, highlighted by the roof top garden, terrace and executive lounge. Biggest praise goes to the staff of the executive lounge, led by Jordan and Masa and their great support staff. I have yet to see staff anywhere in the world offer the levels of service they all provided during our stay. From asking questions about what we like and had in mind, to offering options, making reservations and sending frequent emails with listed itinerary and instructions, they made our experience in Tokyo a memorable one for my family. Their attention to detail, enthusiasm and pleasure in hearing we had a great day based on their recommendations, made the difference. The hotel is very fortunate to have staff like you all. My family and I truly thank you for your exceptional service and memorable holiday experience. Looking forward to returning in the near future.

The room was simple and nice. There was no extra thing such as telephone and tissue, and the desk was widely used. A method of taking amenities from front of the elevator only for those who needed it. The refrigerator in the room can be turned off on the switch, so it was good to be able to turn off the switch if you care about the sound. It was also good that the night view from the room was shiny. There are many other good hotels, but when I saw the night view, I thought ”it was good to be this hotel”. The manners of foreign customers were good. The quality of the staff was high, the smile was nice, the answer was clear and good. It was a safe stay. Beregut accurately in time. We used breakfast. There are not too many types and just right. Buffet style. The breakfast venue was fun to choose from various types of seats. The window side was too sunny, but the view was very good. It was used for Tokyo Big Site and used. Access is １ books from Shinagawa Seaside Station to International Exhibition Hall Station. Good.

The service is satisfactory. It's great to have free hot spring bathing in the hotel every day. It's convenient and close to the subway station. The night view is also very nice👍

Hotel staff is friendly and can speak english. The room is sizeable for 2 persons. There is a water dispenser on the floor which we stayed on. The hotel also dedicated a shelf at the reception stocked with necessities (eg. Shaver, shaving cream, cotton buds, even basic make up) which you can take. There is also a coffee machine, orange juice and water dispenser at the reception. Best part about the hotel is the location. It is very close to Ginza Station (just a short 5mins walk) and just next to the main shopping belt of Ginza with the luxury and other big brands. There is also a Family Mart and Lawson nearby, as well as a cafe downstairs and Starbucks near the hotel. Downside is the toilet looks a little old. But we are not fussy about it as it is clean enough, and for the affordable price paid, the hotel is a great find!

Good location as its near yurakucho line and main ginza St There is lawson and 711 nearby Coin laundry and microwave is also available in premise which is very convenient compared to mercure which is nearby
