Tokyo Sumida Ward 3-star Hotels

Smelly room and bathroom. No ventilation in the toliet. Everytime you wanna use it, you first have to spray air freshener, without doing this exercise, you can not even open the door. Mattress are pretty saggy and old. You only have to be in the middle of it. Taking turn on sleep to any side could lead you to the ground. I would call the bed a slippy slop. If you ask me would I book this hotel again? The answer is NO.

An earlier establishment of MyStays franchise so the facilities are a bit tired. In my impression, it might be a serviced apartment before MyStays. And so the layout is actually quite good and not ‘a furnished space’. Another plus is that it is near Asakusa line so it is easy to get to/from the Narita airport and just outside of Ueno/Asakusa/Akiha zone. Rate is fair and staff is seasoned with needs of international travelers.

It is a hotel that arrives if you have a straight line from JR and subway Hanzomon line station for 10 minutes. The entrance and front desk are a bit small. The building is clean as well as other Richmond. It is only happy that there is an outlet inlet everywhere in the room and it is easy to use. There is also a smartphone charger and it is convenient. The menu of the breakfast restaurant was also rich and delicious. The fact that the nighty is separate and the bottom is long, and the fabric is fluffy waffle material and the comfort is high.

The hotel is right across the street from the west exit of Ryogoku Station on the JR Sobu Line. It is convenient, after all, JR is right next to it, and there is a restaurant street next to it. But Ryogoku Station is a small station on the Sobu Line. You have to transfer almost everywhere you go. To go to Tokyo Station, you have to change at Akihabara, and to go to Haneda-Narita Airport, you have to change at Asakusa Bridge. (If you are lucky, you can take the Asakusa Line Keikyu. Line direct train to Haneda). The triple room we booked was small as always, but the view outside the window was the highlight. We actually saw the Sky Tree and the Sumida River! ! ! The hotel is quite decent and the hygiene is pretty good. Leave the key at the front desk before leaving to go out.

The last time we were at Tokyo, we were at the Kinshicho area so this was the main motivation for us to book Sotetsu Fresa Inn Tokyo-Kinshicho. Our first impression of the place was that it was very strategic, probably a good 200 meters' walk from Kinshicho Railway Station's southern entrance. The check in was very efficiently done and then it was time to check our room. A lot has been made in the reviews about how small the room is and I can't blame people for thinking that way. It's not so much the fact that you can't fit people in it but the fact that it does feel a bit cramped if you're travelling with multiple suitcases. The beds are comfortable as are the complimentary pyjamas that are laid out for you on the bed. My favorite feature of the room was the bathtub and it was good to have a dip at the end of a day. There is a laundry facility on the second floor which you can use to wash your clothes. Complimentary sachets of tea and coffee are available on the lobby for you to take up to your room. The clear point of improvement that I would suggest for it to have a ramp at its front entrance. As a result of this, guests would have to physically lift heavy suitcases up some steps to enter into the front lobby. It would be very useful and helpful to have some form of a ramp. I make particular highlight of the service. The staff at the receptionist's table are some of the most courteous and kindest people I have come across during my travels in particular the female staff member with long ponytail of Southeast Asian experience. I had four suitcases when I checked out and so I asked for her help to book a taxi to go to Haneda Airport. While careful to manage expectations, she promised to check with the taxi driver if four suitcases could be accommodated. She not only did this and confirmed that our four suitcases could go inside the taxi, but she physically helped load the suitcases onto the taxi while I went upstairs to check if there were anything left behind. We are very thankful for this staff member for her assistance.

This hotel is very close to Sensoji Temple and Skytree, and there is a 711 convenience store within 150 meters. The hotel facilities are relatively new and complete. There is a part-time clerk reception downstairs. It is very friendly and caring. It is raining outside. We specially found a small umbrella for children. Every day from 11 pm to 23 pm, a clerk is on duty. You can also check in by yourself. If you want to eat, you can go to the street near APA hotel to eat more. It is recommended to get off at Shinagawa Station in Tokyo by Shinkansen, which is relatively close to the hotel.

We stay 6 nights in this hotel and travelling with child. The location is good, quiet near Sumida Park and Tokyo Sky Tree. Not far away from convenient store and Subway Station. Walk to Oshiage Station and Tokyo Sty Tree is around 10 minutes and convenient store (7 Eleven) around 5 minutes. If you prefer a quiet place to stay this hotel is recommend. The room small but have a full facilities, microwave, washing machine, electric boiler and the room have bathtub, bathroom very clean. However in the bedroom they provided us a futon as no bed available. Piyawadee Kheawsanarm.

One of the hotels on this trip is the Super Hotel about ten minutes from Jinluo Station. You can see the familiar ZARA and coffee shop as soon as you leave the station. The hotel offers free breakfast. Girl guests can get five items a day. The most pleasant part was opening the window of the room and seeing the Sky Tower in front of me. The indoor planer bed was particularly comfortable, convenient transportation and free wifi, and a variety of daily necessities were available. It was a hotel that would be chosen again when you came to Tokyo.

I am not satisfied with the hygiene and environment of this hotel. The environment of the room is dark and there is a lot of dust in the air. I think the hotel should pay more attention to hygiene and environment to provide a better stay experience. Also, the hotel facilities are not enough. There were originally three washing machines in the public space, but one of them was broken, and only one was left usable. As a result, there was a long queue for laundry, which added unnecessary hassle to my travels. I hope that the hotel can pay more attention to the needs of guests and provide better facilities and services. However, I am very satisfied with the service attitude of this hotel. The staff is very friendly and can communicate with me fluently in English, which made my trip more convenient and comfortable. They always greet me with a smile, give me accurate and warm advice and make me feel very valued. Also, when I needed help to call a taxi, the hotel staff were more than happy to help and made our trip smoother. I am very grateful for their help and courtesy, which made my impression of this hotel even more impressive. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family as I am sure they will have the same great service experience.

The hotel is clean, the size is medium, and the location is convenient. The Kinshicho Station is very good. The hair dryer has a large air volume. The only disadvantage is that there is no bathtub, and the Japanese-style room is selected. There is also a small space for the baby to walk.
