The hotel is magnificent, with the luxury of the last century. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. After staying, you will feel the attentive service everywhere. Problems are dealing quickly and efficiently. If you sit near the window in the restaurant on the 17th floor, you can enjoy the view of Hibiya Park and the garden of Imperial Palace. Ginza is also within easy walking distance and Takarazuka Theatre is nearby. When you need a taxi, there is always one waiting to serve you. If you need to buy gifts, the underground level has everything.

2 minutes walk from Shinbashi Station, 1 floor is a very convenient location called convenience store. Despite this, the price of 5000 yen for a single night stay. (I don't use the go to campaign) How about comfort? The size is about the same as the average business hotel in Tokyo. The cleaning was well done and there were minimal amenities. The interior is not known whether it is a new building or a renovation, but it is new, so it is comfortable to use water around and air cleaners are installed. Bedding was also comfortable. As a new corona virus countermeasure, there is a virus guard at the front desk, and the payment is done by a dedicated machine, so there is no physical contact with the staff. It is a hotel that can be used cheaply and safely, so it is scheduled to be used next time.

Very pleasant hotel and a terrific location which is 2 min away from the Shimbashi station. There is a family mart about 20s walk and we love that after we exit Shimbashi, go to family mart buy drinks and head to the hotel within 5 min! Hotel lobby at level 2 is constantly warm. Hotel room is small and we need to be creative in the placement of our luggage on the sofa and the table yet leaving room for the 2 human to move around easily. The toilet door open outward which is a bummer because it takes up space. The bathroom is decent size where both of us can stand inside to do hair or makeup. Overall, this has been a good experience for the price. We stayed for 3 nights and for the price, definitely value for money.

1. It is still a newly renovated hotel. There is a lot of wood in the lobby that smells bad, but there is no problem in the room. You don’t have to worry too much about smell and formaldehyde (although it is colorless and odorless). There is a Sharp air purifier in the room, which can promote circulation when turned on. 2. I stayed at 2 Mitsui Gardens in total during this trip in Japan. The hardware of this hotel is very new, and the color scheme does not look like the black one in Kyoto. It looks very comfortable, and the hygiene is very good in all aspects. It deserves praise. 3. The large bathhouse is as good as the one I stayed at before. If Mitsui Garden guests like to take a bath, it is really a perfect match. 4. The location is very good. It is a 4-6 minute walk from Ginza Higashi Subway Station and about a 10-minute walk from Mitsukoshi Isetan. Friends who like shopping are in luck. Moreover, because of the good location, it is very quick to go to Sensoji Temple and other places. Tokyo Tower is not far away, and it only takes about 40 minutes to go to Tokyo Disney, which is really invincible. 5. There is a Panasonic washing machine in the room. I am very happy that I have been traveling in Osaka and Kyoto for 10 days. I can go downstairs to get bags of laundry detergent, which is very convenient. 6. The biggest disadvantage is that if you stay for two consecutive days, the bedding will not be changed in the middle. This is not only informed on TV, but also called and confirmed by the service staff. It is also like this. At most, you will be given a new set. In other words, it is FOR EARTH, but is the cost reduction so high? There was also a cleaning in the middle of the two nights. Only the room trash cans were replaced, the bathroom trash cans were confiscated, and the beds were not made. Is this also a rule? Hope it improves!

It is close to the station of Shintomi CHO, but it may be lost when you go for the first time because the road facing is thin and the surroundings are residential areas. If I had left my luggage in advance, I was carrying it to the room, and it was very helpful for my tired body. There is no mirror on the wall facing the table, so it may be a little lacking for the woman who wants to sit and makeup. (There is a view at the entrance and exit, so there is no mirror) It seems to have opened recently, but the bathroom is small with a long time ago standard.

We got the room that was bigger than the average room. The hotel is clean. The location was great too. The subway Just the opposite of the hotel and very near to Tsukiji subway station. Very near to ginza area. There are 3 convenient store nearby, 1 just beside the hotel. We are from Indonesia, and were very lucky to meet the Indonesian’ receptiont, she was very kind. And the japanese receptiont were very helpful too. They let us keep our luggage at the reception before the check in time. Its a wonderful stay! Very recommended and will be back for sure :)

Aman Tokyo sets a new standard for exceptional hard products. Despite a mishap on our first night when we returned from dinner to find our room uncleaned, the front desk manager promptly apologized and offered complimentary drinks. The head of housekeeping also personally apologized at breakfast and showered us with thoughtful gestures like a fruit platter and free laundry. Subsequently, our stay was faultless. Aman Tokyo also boasts stunning design and architecture and a strategic location near Otemachi station, Tokyo station, the Imperial Palace, and Ginza. Its awe-inspiring atrium leaves a lasting impression. The generously sized rooms, starting at 70 square meters, feature high ceilings throughout, with unforgettable views of the imperial gardens from the bed. Even the retractable TV showcases its thoughtful design, providing guests with an unobstructed view of the Tokyo skyline. The hotel's farewell was equally remarkable. Providing a complimentary hotel car transfer to Tokyo station, while being escorted by another staff member who went the extra mile to purchase our tickets, carry our luggage to the platform, store our luggage on the train and brought us to our seats. Undoubtedly, this luxury at Aman Tokyo comes at a price. However, delivers the sought-after wow factor for which its rates command. After all, Tokyo is one of the most expensive cities in the world. From the grand lobby to the inviting pool and spacious rooms, the hotel impresses on many levels. Managing expectations is, however, key. It would be unrealistic to expect the usual Aman-type of service commonly associated with their other properties whose room counts are a lot smaller. While the initial mishap was regrettable, the subsequent personalized attention and meticulous service surpassed expectations for a city hotel with 80 rooms. Whether this was due to the initial mishap or reflective of their usual standards remains unknown, warranting another stay on my next visit to Tokyo.

This hotel is excellent, location is very good, near many sights in Tokyo, staff are very nice, and really take consideration on our needs, will visit this hotel when we travel to Tokyo again.

It was really nice. There’s not that many hotels that serve a room for 3 people but here has it. I didn’t want a room with camp bed or folding bed. The additional bed was cosy here. The room was quite small for three people but we almost didn’t stay in the room and just came here for a sleep so it was fine. Two convenience stores are near to the hotel and it’s really close to the subway station Hanzomon so I thought it’s a perfect choice for the Tokyo trip. Plus next to the hotel there’s a quick soba restaurant maybe for the morning business man was cheap and the taste is also not bad. If you’re busy you can try it
