首都圏観光の際、大人2人と幼児（４歳、２歳）の計４人でツインルーム（24.2m2）利用しました。 　室内については、当初4人では狭いかなと想定していましたが、洗面場所とベットルームの間の壁がなく開放的で、実際の平米より広く感じました（必要な時には仕切れるようロールスクリーンがうまく活用されていました）。 　また、部屋全体に清潔感があり、快適に過ごせました。バストイレ別なのも良かったです。 　部屋のカードキーが２枚いただけ、ホテル周辺へ出掛ける際も不便なく過ごせました。 　フロントにコーヒーの無料サービスがあり、朝食も美味しく大変満足できました。 　ホテル周辺には、食事処が沢山あり、ファミレス、コンビニ、ドラッグストア、アミューズメント施設（カラオケ・ビリヤード）等、一通り揃っています。ホテルの建物は複合施設となっていて1〜3Fに衣料品やレストランなどショップがあり、買い物も便利です。 　アクセス性については、地下鉄有楽町線の始発駅に直結しており、都内各所への利便性が良いです。豊洲など臨海副都心へ一本で行けるところも魅力的だと思いました。 　このホテルを選んで良かったです。また利用したいと思います。

There is also 2 in 1 washing machine with dryer at L18 at the south tower for usage starting from 500yen, depending on what the features you would like it to be, best of all, it comes with detergent. Beautiful hotel, free shuttle to and from the airport. Gorgeous onsen. Pretty grounds with big trees and walkway. Lovely fountain at entrance, big car park, fridge in room and kimono for use. Shop in lobby, choice of great food, Attentive smiling staff, big lobby. Free toiletries in nice bathroom with bath.

The bathroom is small but very clean with comfortable water pressure. The breakfast is really good with different choices and nice coffee. The front desk people are nice and friendly, also can speak both English and Chinese. The price is unbeatable. The location is also very good with nearby subway stations and some convenient stores. Definitely we will stay there again if we visit Tokyo again.

The hotel is close to the metro station and the Uneo Station. That makes it super easy to travel. The staff is quite helpful but the meals aren’t so good. It’s a set meal every single day and it’s not good. There is a set option with each meal between coffee and juice and if coffee is with the meal package you select, even if you don’t drink coffee, that’s the only option. I find that ridiculous!

We loved the hotel while we stayed. Room was small but larger than a typical Japanese standard and should not be a problem for a couple. All the space of the room was efficiently utilized. Room had a fridge and a hot pot. There are many electrical outlets, for example, at the bedsides. Window blind was impressive so that it was completely dark when we put on the blind. Free wifi was very fast and we did not have any problem with the network. An ice machine as well as a microwave was available on the second floor. Lobby was small. Amenities were to be picked up from the lobby. Staff was all very kind with a good command of English. Nishi-kasai Tokyo metro station was a stone's throw from the hotel. There is Y's Mart around the corner. Aeon (a much bigger market) is 10 minutes away if one walks. A few minor issues are obviously Tokyo downtown is somewhat far, about 40 minutes by metro. They did not provide water bottles, which we did not mind because of the reasonable price. All in all, we enjoyed the stay and would come back if we have a chance to visit.

It was good with a humidified air cleaner. It was a room without a table that could eat or work, but it was perfect for sleeping. It was good to have a welcome drink until 22 o'clock and can be used even if it is late check-in. Shopping is also convenient in Ariake Garden. I want to come slowly again

Clean n new. 5-8min from 3 different stations. However, felt a bit far due to nothing much to see around and shops closed by 8pm. Staffs could speak well English. Cafe at second floor with water filter. Info was not clear in whole Japan, I walked to nearest pier but cruise not available at that pier at that season!!

Great hotel. Excellent customer service. Near the train station. Room is clean and new. WiFi is good. If you are staying in the superior room, do ask for the Mt Fuji view. We stayed on the 19th floor and we can view the beautiful Mt Fuji from our room.

The hotel is generally great and accessible, around 5 mins walk from the JR station and there’s a convenient store next to on the hotel. The Onsen is available from 3pm - 9.30am daily, so you will have sufficient time to enjoy yourself. The room is however very small and you might find it very squeeze if you’re travelling with your plus one.
