Hotels near Maito Kuramae Honten in Tokyo

Overall, reasonable hotel. I went to check in at 3pm but the actual check in time was 10pm, which was a bit strange. Bed is very comfortable. Clean environnement with good service. The rooms isn’t too small. But the bathroom just has a shower. The walls are very thin and it’s easy to hear those around you. The staff was friendly and allowed me to store my bags which I waited. Extra towels are provided and all cleaning necessities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc)

The room was small but the view was amazing. Nearest train station would be a private one so the jr pass will not work,have to buy ticket or use suica. If you want to use the jr pass, will have to walk very far. Can explore asakusa area and other main areas in Tokyo from the hotel. The only downside was the time taken for check in. The hotel was fully booked and check in only started at 3pm, due to the crowd we only managed to check in at 4/5 pm. Otherwise it was a great hotel to stay at.

Not in a perfect or ideal location to downtown Tokyo, or the tourist attractions. Helpful staff, clean. This place does not offer room service, so if you plan to stay multiple days, be prepared to use the same towels. You can have your room clean for an extra charge.

One night at work. On a sudden business trip, the hotel I have stayed so far was not able to book and was almost a dive. It is a very small hotel with only about 5 rooms on one floor, but it is quiet and comfortable for that minute. It was not possible and it was clean and comfortable around the bed around the water. Simmons' bed was comfortable. There is also a convenience store nearby. Both check-in and check-out, the front desk was foreign, and there was a little Japanese, but there was no problem with communication.

The location of the hotel is very good, the subway is convenient at the door, the space is small but well-equipped. It's unexpected that there is a microwave in the room. You don't need to swipe your card to go upstairs in the elevator. The door lock is very unique. The disadvantage is that the windows cannot be opened and the smell in the room is general. The 26-inch box is very cramped.

For various reasons we had to extend our stay by another night and were pleased to do so. It allowed us to experience K’shiki restaurant as well as Tapas Molecular Bar which we were already booked into. Osamu Okazaki ensured that our check in went extremely smoothly and offered services which made us feel very welcomed. He really did relieve the stress that had been caused by the day’s events. The room was magnificent and allowed us to totally unwind. The hotel is close enough to places of interest to fill your time if needs be. The restaurants were exceptional. K’shiki with it’s vague nod towards italian cuisine was exceptional. We chose Chef’s Dinner Menu and each course was interesting and surprising. Service was exceptional. Tapas Molecular Bar is one of those restaurants which is really special in the world. It’s hard to write a review without ruining the surprises. Suffice to say with only seating for eight you really do need to consider your reservation well in advance. Chef Kento Ushikubo is as talented as it gets. His food is intense in taste, creative and in many cases just baffling. He could almost be a member of the Magic Circle with the illusions he creates. One of the most thoughtful and considerate people I have met, and meet him you do because he is with you preparing everything throughout the meal, you just wanted to applaud with a standing ovation at the end. He made it particularly special for our wedding anniversaries and I can’t say how because it would spoil another illusion. I was just staggered that with all our experience of eating throughout the world we were introduced to new experiences. Spoiler alert; I cannot believe his ‘powdered ice cream’ has not been ‘borrowed’ by other chefs. Sadly, unless we manage to return, some of those experiences will be a once in a lifetime event. Highly recommended if you want to conveniently stay around in the city of Tokyo. Within walking distance to Train station (Asukasabashi) or Asakusa Line(colour red) - convenient to get to shinjuku/shibuya/ginza. *they even offered Free washer/dryer (5⭐️) *wish they had free coffee machines like the other one mystays hotel (maihama) *convenience stores Lawson just near the lobby/washer dryer room

Perfect location, so close to the trains. Lots of dining options in the area and within walking distance to tourist spots. Rooms are clean and fully equipped with microwave and mini fridge. Bathroom is a good size and the tub is perfect for a soak. It was a bit hard to communicate with non english speaking staff when there was some confusion re check in and check out but all in all, it was a good stay. Will book again.

It’s a 5 minute walk from Inaricho Station ( Ginza Line) which connects the main attractions of tokyo. Its a safe place to say, 7 eleven is nearby and there are restaurants and McDo :) However we’re saddened that our room smells a little odd from the smoke of cigarettes. We tried to change rooms but there was no available. Nevertheless its a good place to stay. Near Asakusa

Hotel located in front of JR Suidōbashi Station and about 5min from the metro station, and also less than 5 min from the Tokyo dome. You have to register yourself and choose between facial recognition or cards to have access to the room and the elevators (the receptionist helped us with this step), the same thing to leave the hotel. Our room was not very spacious, the bedding was quite comfortable, the shower and wc spotless. We had self-service cotton swabs, razors, brushes and toothbrushes. Cleaning was done every 2 days. The breakfasts are very good, too bad the choice is limited there are only 5 possible choices. Good hotel.
