The Toyoko Inns are always in convenient locations and are geared to business people mainly. They are fairly inexpensive especially if you join their points club for a cost of 1500 yen. You will be given a card with your picture on it and this entitles you to discounts, every tenth day is free and you get a better rate for staying on Sundays. You can put put your own towels and garbage and save more! I would recommend a regular double room for a couple as the bed is Queen size and you will have a small table and chairs. The regular twin is good too. Economy rooms are not that much less and they are pretty tiny but fine for one person. They I always in lude breakfast which is plentiful and mostly Japanese food, good coffee, juice and buns or bread. It is a sparkling clean hotel and the staff is very friendly and competent.

I had an amazing stay in Tokyo! The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the metro subway, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The room was not only spacious but also impeccably clean, and the big bed provided a comfortable night's rest. I'm already looking forward to coming back and will definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended!

Hotel unfortunately is a 3.5* at best. Reasons: 1) previous half drunk water bottle in refrigerator, 2) water remaining in tea pot, and 3) hairs remaining in bathroom shower. What truly lowers the value is the daily rate to use the gym. Rather than a place for a quick workout management has decided to offer the pool and gym as a ”spa” facility for a cost of $42.00 per visit with no discount for multiple days. As a business transfer whose time was limited it is simply ridiculous to justify the expense for an hour workout that costs half the daily rate of a hotel room here. Creating a profit center for the hotel may be a good business decision but it is terrible service for a guest. In addition, the concierge was absolutely no help in assisting me with a cosmetic that I had forgotten and the lobby is at least 85F. Not comfortable small bed as well and would not recommend a stay here.

1) I stayed for 6 days and 5 nights with breakfast, and there were only 3 fixed selection items everyday. However, I felt a bit bored on the third day. It was my first time to stay at the Hilton Conrad. I didn’t expect that the service and quality were better than those at the Ritz-Carlton and Peninsula. I even liked it better. The hotel is old and the room is small but clean. Near Kayabacho stn, walk about 5minutes. Have a convinient store at corner. Requested to transfer my big luggage by Yamoto to another hotel upon check out cost 25,000yen. So we travelled 2 nights to Hokane, without need to bring along big luggage.

Anyway, the location is good. It is good to be able to start anywhere in Tokyo and close to the station. I grabbed this hotel at a special opening price during a Ctrip hotel event. I stayed at this hotel during this trip and it felt pretty good.
