Not in a perfect or ideal location to downtown Tokyo, or the tourist attractions. Helpful staff, clean. This place does not offer room service, so if you plan to stay multiple days, be prepared to use the same towels. You can have your room clean for an extra charge.

The super series is a very good hotel. It is only 500 meters away from Kameido Station, which is convenient for travel. There are also buses from the station to everywhere. Although the hotel is small, it has complete facilities, chargers, charging ports, WiFi, refrigerators, ice cubes and iced drinks🥤 very comfortable. There is also an ironing board in the hotel, you can iron the trousers, it is very stylish when you go out 😁. Toiletries can be picked up at the front desk, and the pillow is a diatom mud pillow, which can help sleep. The hotel's breakfast is also quite good, bread, milk, hot and cold vegetables, ginger soup, hot spring eggs, everything is available, as well as various drinks and coffee, which can be said to be rich in simplicity. The door lock is password-coded, easy to get in and out, and you won’t be troubled by the loss of keys or room cards. The hotel doesn’t need to checkout, and you can leave when the time comes. The last time we were at Tokyo, we were at the Kinshicho area so this was the main motivation for us to book Sotetsu Fresa Inn Tokyo-Kinshicho. Our first impression of the place was that it was very strategic, probably a good 200 meters' walk from Kinshicho Railway Station's southern entrance. The check in was very efficiently done and then it was time to check our room. A lot has been made in the reviews about how small the room is and I can't blame people for thinking that way. It's not so much the fact that you can't fit people in it but the fact that it does feel a bit cramped if you're travelling with multiple suitcases. The beds are comfortable as are the complimentary pyjamas that are laid out for you on the bed. My favorite feature of the room was the bathtub and it was good to have a dip at the end of a day. There is a laundry facility on the second floor which you can use to wash your clothes. Complimentary sachets of tea and coffee are available on the lobby for you to take up to your room. The clear point of improvement that I would suggest for it to have a ramp at its front entrance. As a result of this, guests would have to physically lift heavy suitcases up some steps to enter into the front lobby. It would be very useful and helpful to have some form of a ramp. I make particular highlight of the service. The staff at the receptionist's table are some of the most courteous and kindest people I have come across during my travels in particular the female staff member with long ponytail of Southeast Asian experience. I had four suitcases when I checked out and so I asked for her help to book a taxi to go to Haneda Airport. While careful to manage expectations, she promised to check with the taxi driver if four suitcases could be accommodated. She not only did this and confirmed that our four suitcases could go inside the taxi, but she physically helped load the suitcases onto the taxi while I went upstairs to check if there were anything left behind. We are very thankful for this staff member for her assistance.

The service is very good, and the room planning is more reasonable than most Japanese hotels. It's just under the Skytree. I'll go there again if I have the chance. Let’s round up the number of words and round up the number of words.

New (2020), small hotel 5 minutes walk from Kinshicho Station. Very convenient for access to Narita Airport and also quite good for access to Haneda airport. Entire hotel no-smoking. Room slightly larger than standard Tokyo business hotel. Spacious bathroom with shower. Decent desk and chair. Very fast internet. Good coffee (free) and an assortment of pastry for breakfast (free but not necessarily my taste). Hotel very clean and staff very friendly. One thing to consider: this hotel is in an entertainment district with some adult bars close by. But for me this was not an issue and area overall feels quiet and less 'adult' compared to Roppongi or Kabukicho. I will definitely stay there again.

Perfect location, so close to the trains. Lots of dining options in the area and within walking distance to tourist spots. Rooms are clean and fully equipped with microwave and mini fridge. Bathroom is a good size and the tub is perfect for a soak. It was a bit hard to communicate with non english speaking staff when there was some confusion re check in and check out but all in all, it was a good stay. Will book again.

Anyway, the location is good. It is good to be able to start anywhere in Tokyo and close to the station. Also, because it is an apartment type, there are few people who are buzzing in the corridor, and there are many convenience stores and super fast food restaurants around, so it is not troublesome for short or long term. The room is also well equipped, and it is the best to have a range first. It is important that there is a range early in the Vijiho. The cleaning is not good, and the desk and floor are a bit dirty. The humidifier of the air cleaner is not available in black mold. And the bath towel was a little moldy. Because the invisible part was a bit cluttered, the location is good and the facilities are good I think it would be better if I cleaned the cleaning firmly to keep the clean state.

Environment: The hotel has a good environment inside and outside. It is quiet in the bustle. Opposite is the Sky Tree and a large shopping mall. It is convenient for eating and shopping. We must check in at the supermarket downstairs of the hotel every day when we come back. Milk, beer, and water are cheaper than convenience stores. Transportation: For those who travel, this location is very convenient. There are three subway stations just across the street from downstairs. There is a direct railway to Narita Airport, and the total journey is 1 hour and 7 minutes. It is very, very close to Ueno and Asakusa. If you want to go to other attractions, you can transfer It is also very convenient to go directly by bus. Especially for tourists with Disney itineraries, there is a bus stop behind the Sky Tree just 5 minutes' walk downstairs from the hotel. It takes 1 hour to go directly to Disney. The bus is very clean and provides wifi, restrooms, and USB chargers.

Good location, not far from train station and many shops around. Very clear view that we can see tokyo sky tree from the window. The room has limited area for large luggages. However, everything is good.
