Hotels in Tokyo Station/Nihonbashi, Tokyo

It was simply, clean comfortable accommodation with clean, white towels and sheets. I love the hot water maker, there was also a tiny fridge. The bathtub was nice after a long day. It was nice to open the window and have some fresh air in. There is a funny smell that goes away when the AC is on. The bathtub is not sealed so water is going into the sides. It was nice to have a laundry room but unfortunately no one is cleaning the lint from the dryer. I love the all you can eat breakfast. It was a lot of delicious food. I would stay again.

Very new and clean hotel, able to fully open 2 medium size luggage. Near to subway station from exit 3/4, nearby got total three convenience store, family mart, Lawson and 7-11. Reception is very friendly and helpful, luggage already in the room as we leave our belongings at lobby since we reached earlier than check in time. Although full room cleaning is not everyday but they will change the towel and some minor cleanup will do.

This is really about a 3-4 minute walk once you leave Tokyo Station, take Yaesu Central Exit. Once you cross the big street outside the station, it is only one block to a set of lights, left a very short ways, then right 2 or 3 doors, check in is on the 2nd floor (2F). There are signs in English high up and near the entrance. We stayed twice this trip. Check in was prompt. We had a twin room, 2 single beds. The rooms were very clean small as expected, so 2 beds worked better, nobody sleeping against the wall. Everything we needed, fridge, two pillows each (soft and hard), kettle, tea, coffee, TV, good lights, wifi, hangers, pants press, great soaps, shampoo and nice towels. Also, pajamas. There was a microwave and ice near the front desk area. We stayed a second time and the both rooms were identical except for the view. The first one had a view of building construction underway next to our hotel with a small bit open to see the weather. The second was higher up and overlooked the new building next to it. Not sure if that view will stay like that. A hotel view of a building next to it is common in Japan. We only slept and showered there so no view was no issue for us. There are 2 Family Marts and a 7-11 about 3-4 minute walk away also, plus other restos, more for the afternoon or night but there is a nice soba restaurant (Komoro Soba) that is open for breakfast which we enjoyed. The front desk staff were very friendly and very helpful and the next time in Tokyo, we'll plan on staying there again.

Hotel is very near to Tokyo Station but room is small which is typical of a Japanese hotel room. Unable to open 2 luggages at the same time. 3rd and 4th levels are women's levels where men are forbidden. Laundry rooms, complimentary coffee machines, vending machines, and water dispensers are available at different levels. This hotel allows selection of extra pillow and also provides toiletries, green tea and even moisturising masks and supplements, all at 1st level. The wow factor is a complimentary self help bar at restaurant from 4 to 9pm where different wines, liquors, sake and soft drinks are available together with nuts. Staffs are all very friendly and helpful and most are well versed in English. All in all, it's a great hotel.

The room was very clean and cozy, although small. The windows were big with a nice view. We had a projector in the room with a netflix subscription, which was quite a pleasant surprise. There was a problem with our toilet and the staff quickly fixed it. The breakfast was meh, just a very plain convenience store sandwich and a small pack of juice. There are free beverages in the lobby though which are available throughout the day. The location is okay, there is nothing particularly interesting in the area, although there are multiple subway lines nearby, which makes it easier to get to different areas in the city. Akihabara is really close. Overall a very nice hotel, especially if you are in Tokyo for the first time and plan to explore multiple areas of the city

Exit from the south exit of Kanda Station and walk south along the east side of the railway viaduct. After passing a traffic light, walk about 200 meters to the intersection. I think it is more convenient than coming from Tokyo Station.

Hotel is located at Otemachi station which has a few metro lines within a few minutes walk. 10mins walk to Kanda station which is Yamamoto line. Staying near Tokyo station would be more convenient, however the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Amenities located at the lobby allow guests to help ourselves with what we need for our stay. Hotel location is quiet which is good. My wife experienced itchiness on her feet, not sure if it’s the carpet. But overall was a good experience.

Aman Tokyo sets a new standard for exceptional hard products. Despite a mishap on our first night when we returned from dinner to find our room uncleaned, the front desk manager promptly apologized and offered complimentary drinks. The head of housekeeping also personally apologized at breakfast and showered us with thoughtful gestures like a fruit platter and free laundry. Subsequently, our stay was faultless. Aman Tokyo also boasts stunning design and architecture and a strategic location near Otemachi station, Tokyo station, the Imperial Palace, and Ginza. Its awe-inspiring atrium leaves a lasting impression. The generously sized rooms, starting at 70 square meters, feature high ceilings throughout, with unforgettable views of the imperial gardens from the bed. Even the retractable TV showcases its thoughtful design, providing guests with an unobstructed view of the Tokyo skyline. The hotel's farewell was equally remarkable. Providing a complimentary hotel car transfer to Tokyo station, while being escorted by another staff member who went the extra mile to purchase our tickets, carry our luggage to the platform, store our luggage on the train and brought us to our seats. Undoubtedly, this luxury at Aman Tokyo comes at a price. However, delivers the sought-after wow factor for which its rates command. After all, Tokyo is one of the most expensive cities in the world. From the grand lobby to the inviting pool and spacious rooms, the hotel impresses on many levels. Managing expectations is, however, key. It would be unrealistic to expect the usual Aman-type of service commonly associated with their other properties whose room counts are a lot smaller. While the initial mishap was regrettable, the subsequent personalized attention and meticulous service surpassed expectations for a city hotel with 80 rooms. Whether this was due to the initial mishap or reflective of their usual standards remains unknown, warranting another stay on my next visit to Tokyo.

The location is great, within 5 minutes walk from Tokyo station and Daimaru. The rooms are small with tiny bathroom but I guess that's common for smaller hotels in Tokyo. The coin laundry on the 3rd floor is a big plus. The hotel is clean and neat, the overall services are great. The only complaint I have is the carpets in the elevators which seemed hadn't been washed for a long time, they looked dirty and actually stinky.
