Amazing hotel!
So clean. And I loved that beautiful smell at the lobby area, that’s so calming.
All the girls from the reception are so kind and helpful with all your needs. They do their best to satisfy your expectations.
The room is clean and has all you need. The bed is very comfy, pillows have two sides: soft and massage balls, as always at Japanese hotels.
I had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant Shari and it was tasty. And I loved sake they recommend me. I really enjoyed!
Location is great. Close to everything. Kabukiza theater is just across the street.
Definitely gonna stay at the hotel again. Thank you so much!

Excellent stay! Every amenity you can think of and a superb staff. What a pleasure!
In addition I can’t fail to mention the Imperial bar is so atmospheric and lives up to its legendary reputation.

A nice hotel at a very convenient location! The room is relatively big compared to hotels in Tokyo, and the breakfast was so great (although they dun change their breakfast selection over my 4 days of stay). Recommended for sure!

I loved my stay at this hotel, and the room was clean and very comfortable. All the amenities you could need, bottles of water and pyjamas were provided. The view of the city was fantastic!
The staff were professional and helpful.
The hotel is in a great location, about 6 minutes walk to a station with many lines and a couple of blocks away from the main Ginza shopping streets.
I didn't try the bar or restaurant but they seemed liked by guests.

No frill lodge right in town near Shimbashi / Ginza Stations - within 10 minutes walk from all strategic stations and direct bus from Narita Airport. I had a Run Of House booking, but the room I got was definitely bigger than most in town. Very comfortable, and promptly refreshed once the Do Not Disturb sign came off. Will be back when next in town.

Just a street away from bustling Ginza area, has many convenience stores nearby. Hotel room is relatively new and I really like the pillow and size of the bed. Quiet despite located at the main area. Amenities are good but can be improved by providing skincare too! :)

Loved this hotel as my base for a 6-day Tokyo trip! The location is excellent as it’s a short walk to the Ginza A3 exit, which makes airport transfers with luggage really easy. The path is wide, flat, clean, and uncrowded. There are plenty of food options nearby, many open until midnight (like around Ginza 5 or under the rails), plus endless shopping thanks to the flagship stores in the area; Onitsuka, Muji, Uniqlo, as well as vintage and luxury stores. Compared to busier areas like Shinjuku, nights here feel calm and quiet, though you’ll still see plenty of office workers out for dinner and drinks. Occasionally, you might notice escorts in the area or checking into the hotel late at night, but it was never a disturbance.
The room was a little dated and compact; as expected for Tokyo but clean, quiet, comfortable and just right to fit 2 large luggages. Staff were friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated the convenient touches like digital laundry and the free water and drink kiosk on the floor. Overall, it’s a fantastic value.

The self check in was new, but quite complicated and needed staff help to finish the process since we could not do it ourselves. Felt like it was innovative but incomplete. The service was good, quick to attend to us when we needed, the facilities were okay and did not try the food just coffee from the lobby area / bar. Overall, it's a great location and easy to get to.

A great place to stay if you're taking the Keio Line to Makuhari Messe for events.
Plus, there's an excellent Chinese restaurant nearby — highly recommend checking it out!
Also the hotel has vending machines, microwaves, and washing machines.

I was very impressed by this hotel for many reasons. Firstly, while the room is compact, it has many handy amenities which make for a comfortable stay (kettle, drinking glasses, mouthwash cups, hairdryers)... This might sound basic, but I travel often for work and find that a lot of hotels do not stock these basic amenities anymore that make your stay a bit more comfortable. I liked the old-timey illustrations and decor, it all felt very well thought out. And the staff are very friendly and helpful. The front desk also had some complimentary spa face masks and skincare serums, it was a real treat that made it feel like a holiday. And its in the most quiet yet accessible part of Ginza, right across from a convenience store too.

KKelly Abigail TanI appreciated the complimentary welcome drink provided by the hotel. The staff were fluent in English and very responsive to my emails before my arrival. While the hotel room was small, it was functional, which seems typical for hotels in Tokyo.
I arrived on a weekend, and the roads leading to the hotel were blocked. If you’re driving with a lot of luggage, this is something to keep in mind. I had to park in a nearby building a few minutes away and carry my heavy bags to the hotel.
Unfortunately, I found a black bug on the bed on my first night. As we were too tired to change rooms after unpacking, we didn’t inform the concierge. However, I strongly recommend the hotel be more thorough with their room cleaning, as this was an unpleasant experience.

PPongchanasitThe room is a bit too small but that's fine since traveling alone. The location is great with walking distance to Shimbashi and Ginza station and even to Tokyo station (if you like walking) The area is not as busy as Shibuya or Shinjuku but still lovely! Will stay here again!!!

XXPNOverall good experience!
Location:
Walking distance to subway station Higashi Ginza station (2min, 140m) and Ginza station (10min, 500m). Nearby to a lot of good restaurants (i.e., Age3, Udon etc). Lawson at next door, Family Mart at the opposite and 7 eleven perhaps a 100m walk. Very near to Ginza shopping street.
Cleanliness:
Deducted 1 star for cleanliness because there was a lot of nails leftover in the bag when they passed me the nail clipper pack. The room and common areas are clean.
Services:
All good other than the cleaners always forget to place 2/3 amenities in the room where I had to call them like 3/4 days stay. I called and asked to lend iron board and nail clipper, no follow up action from them till I called them again the next day (about 24 hours after).
Facilities:
Standard facilities provided. Good space for the lobby, good breakfast being served. No gym, no hot bath.
Others:
I love the drinks served at the lobby and their pyjamas.

GGuest UserThis is the most comfortable place for my trip in Japan in the past half month. The surrounding area is very convenient, just near Ginza. The famous Tsukiji Market is also nearby. Because I only stayed for four nights to visit Harry Potter and Disney, I didn’t even have time to visit Ginza, but if I come to Tokyo next time, I will choose here because it is more convenient to go everywhere. And it was the last stop of this trip. I didn’t want to continue eating in the restaurant, so I sorted the garbage in the room and cooked four days of meals. It was very comfortable!

AAnonymous UserThe staffs are easy to communicate and friendly. The room cleaning is okay but not too good. I’m a bit concerned for security issue because they use keypad password instead key card. Not sure if the ever change the password after each traveler checks out. Either way it’s still a comfy place for a short stay and I’ll recommend it to those who has an early flight to Haneda airport and need to take a rest a bit before heading to the airport.
