The location is incredibly convenient. For this trip, I relied on a mix of taxis and public transport. Higashi-Ginza Station is a super convenient 2-minute walk downstairs, and Ginza Station is just 5 minutes away, offering fantastic access to all parts of the city. There's also a convenience store directly across the street.
It was perfect for daily shopping in Ginza. Even returning to the hotel past midnight felt very safe, thanks to its location on a main road, which offered great peace of mind.
A minor downside was the lack of skincare products, and the toothbrush provided was quite stiff. Unfortunately, I couldn't use the public bath due to my tattoos, so I missed out on that experience.
Overall, everything was excellent. The front desk staff, both younger and older ladies, were all incredibly kind and could communicate in English, Japanese, and Chinese. Their attitude was wonderful, and the service was very warm and enthusiastic. They even complimented my neck pillow, saying it was cute, haha.
I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Tokyo! Highly recommended! 👍🏼💯

The hotel is very grand, featuring a spacious, elegantly decorated lobby with a distinctive centerpiece of purple-pink cockscomb flowers. Upon arrival, we were promptly greeted by staff who took our luggage, escorted us to the front desk for check-in, and then delivered our bags to our room. The front desk staff were highly efficient, making both check-in and check-out incredibly fast. We had booked a room in the tower and were pleasantly surprised to be assigned a high-floor room with views of the Imperial Palace. Even though there's an elevated light rail line directly below with trains continuously passing, we only perceived minimal noise. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The buffet breakfast is served on the 17th floor, the top floor of the main building. While the selection wasn't extensive, it more than made up for it with delicious food, excellent service, and superb views. The hotel boasts an excellent location, within walking distance of Hibiya Park, the Imperial Palace, Tokyo Station, and Ginza. It's also about a 10-minute walk from the nearest subway station, which was perfect for a post-dinner stroll to digest. We had a truly delightful stay.

Hotel is new and nice, v clean, location is just next to Tsukiji market however a 20mins walk to the main Ginza shopping area. Free coffee tea and chocolate in lobby. Receptionist helped to book Yamato luggage service. Didn't get to use public bath, paid buffet breakfast is good quality. Only downside is the pillow is small and flat (with some beans inside), we asked for extra pillows and the receptionist said only one pillow is provided per occupant. I developed a very sore neck and shoulder blade from 5 nights of bad sleep - this was disappointing. It is summer time yet aircon automatically changes to a default 25 degrees Celsius after a while - I woke up at night covered in sweat (comfortable temperature to sleep is 18-21 degrees Celsius). For the amount we paid, the hotel can do better.

A great place to stay if you're taking the Keio Line to Makuhari Messe for events.
Plus, there's an excellent Chinese restaurant nearby — highly recommend checking it out!
Also the hotel has vending machines, microwaves, and washing machines.

Facilities: The facilities are all brand new, and I absolutely adored the design and decor! The main entrance is also beautiful. I genuinely love this hotel and highly recommend it! It's truly rare for me to be so impressed by a hotel's color scheme, but this one won me over completely.
Service: The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful.
Environment: The room was surprisingly spacious, much larger than I had imagined, and incredibly comfortable. The king-sized bed was amazing!
Hygiene: Absolutely spotless; I found no issues with cleanliness at all.
Only drawback: My only minor complaint was that my room faced the road, which made it a bit noisy. If you're sensitive to sound, you might want to request a room on a quieter side of the building.

The hotel's location is excellent, right near Ginza, making it convenient to get anywhere. Subway stations are just a short walk in every direction. I stayed at this hotel for my entire three-day trip to Tokyo. The rooms are admittedly quite small; it would be impossible to open two suitcases simultaneously. However, that's often the case with Japanese hotels, and for this price and location, it's already quite good. The hotel building is quite tall, but the lobby and check-in area aren't particularly spacious. There's a restaurant downstairs, but I didn't try it, as there were countless delicious eateries in the vicinity. Daily housekeeping was provided, and the service was good overall.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right in Ginza, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, especially for luxury brands, with high-end boutiques at every turn.
The only real highlight of the hotel is the view of Tokyo Tower from the lobby; otherwise, there's nothing particularly special about it.
The staff were quite friendly. Despite me not speaking Japanese or English, the front desk used a translation device to communicate, making the check-in process very smooth.
Given that it's Ginza, Tokyo, where space is at a premium, the room size was actually quite decent.
Disposable slippers need to be requested from the front desk, while disposable toiletries are available for self-collection by the elevator.
The toilet in my room didn't have an automatic flush function, and I'm unsure if this was the case for other rooms. Moreover, the flush was incredibly loud – loud enough to definitely wake up anyone sleeping if you used it in the middle of the night.
Additionally, there were loud motorbikes passing by at night. If you're a light sleeper, I'd recommend contacting the hotel in advance to request a quieter room.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Keihan Tsukiji Ginza Grande. The location is unbeatable — just minutes away from the famous Tsukiji Market and the upscale Ginza shopping area, making it perfect for both exploring Tokyo’s culinary scene and shopping. The hotel is clean and modern, with comfortable rooms that, although compact, make efficient use of space. The staff were friendly and very helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the quiet atmosphere despite being in a busy part of the city. While breakfast options were simple, they were fresh and satisfying. The hotel entrance and lobby are welcoming, creating a great first impression. Overall, Hotel Keihan Tsukiji Ginza Grande offers excellent value for money, especially for travelers who want to be in the heart of Tokyo. I highly recommend it for short stays and city explorers.

Very nice hotel. Close to shopping, restaurants and transportation. Supplied face creams and other extra niceties. Great at keeping our luggage before we could check in and then again after checkout. Has a bar for drinks and coffee in the lobby as you enter the hotel, nice relaxing benefit. Easy access via public transportation to the SkyTree and Disney. Both definitely worth the visit.

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Musse Ginza Meitetsu in early June and were very pleased! The hotel is located in the prestigious Ginza district, just a 5-minute walk from Higashi-Ginza subway station, making it very convenient for getting around the city.
Great location – Close to shops, restaurants, and major shopping centers.
Clean and cozy rooms – Compact, but everything is well thought out. The hand sink was practically right next to the bed, which seemed odd at first but turned out to be quite convenient.
Friendly staff – The front desk speaks English and was very helpful with our luggage. We left our suitcase at the hotel for two days while traveling to another city, which was extremely convenient and kind of them.
Good breakfast – Included in our booking, mostly featuring Japanese dishes. Missing the usual eggs—here, they only serve them raw.
Quiet – Despite the central location, the room was very quiet, and we slept great.
Practical layout – The toilet and shower are in separate spaces, which was convenient.
We barely even glanced out the window—the view was of a construction site.
Final thoughts: A comfortable and well-located hotel with thoughtful amenities. Highly recommended for couples exploring Tokyo!

GGuest UserA contemporary hotel in excellent location in Ginza.
All staff was friendly and helpful and informative.
We paid more for the corner twin, no regrets. Loads of natural lights although the room was smaller than expected.
Breakfast choices was ok.

GGuest UserWe travel with our teenager daughter, the hotel room was very spacious. Our sister and husband stayed adjacent from our room. The washroom was very clean and modern with automatic bidets. We had great 3 nights stays.
The location was great, near the MTR, walking distance to shops & Malls. So many very good Sushi and Authentic Ramen restaurants, also western restaurants, minimarts around the hotel.

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic, super close to Higashi-Ginza Station – literally just 2 meters away! The hotel offers a pillow menu, complimentary pajamas, and a daily onsen (hot spring bath), meaning you don't have to squeeze into a tiny in-room shower. These thoughtful amenities alone make it a truly worthwhile choice! In the evenings, there's a complimentary welcome bar offering a variety of drinks to sample at your leisure, which definitely adds a fun touch to your trip. Plus, a Yoshinoya is conveniently located just about ten meters from the hotel entrance, ideal for grabbing a late-night gyudon after a long day of shopping. What a great bonus!

KKelly Abigail TanI appreciated the complimentary welcome drink provided by the hotel. The staff were fluent in English and very responsive to my emails before my arrival. While the hotel room was small, it was functional, which seems typical for hotels in Tokyo.
I arrived on a weekend, and the roads leading to the hotel were blocked. If you’re driving with a lot of luggage, this is something to keep in mind. I had to park in a nearby building a few minutes away and carry my heavy bags to the hotel.
Unfortunately, I found a black bug on the bed on my first night. As we were too tired to change rooms after unpacking, we didn’t inform the concierge. However, I strongly recommend the hotel be more thorough with their room cleaning, as this was an unpleasant experience.

GGuest UserThe housekeeping is great, and security is good. There are many convenient shops nearby.
However, tourists with heavy bags should know that this hotel is not that close to a subway exit with a lift.

AAnonymous UserOverall, it was good, and breakfast is provided in the morning. Although I booked a room with a window, there wasn't really a view outside, and the room had a slight odor. However, both the service and facilities were quite good. Keep up the great work!

GGuest UserThis is the most comfortable place for my trip in Japan in the past half month. The surrounding area is very convenient, just near Ginza. The famous Tsukiji Market is also nearby. Because I only stayed for four nights to visit Harry Potter and Disney, I didn’t even have time to visit Ginza, but if I come to Tokyo next time, I will choose here because it is more convenient to go everywhere. And it was the last stop of this trip. I didn’t want to continue eating in the restaurant, so I sorted the garbage in the room and cooked four days of meals. It was very comfortable!

AAnonymous UserThe staffs are easy to communicate and friendly. The room cleaning is okay but not too good. I’m a bit concerned for security issue because they use keypad password instead key card. Not sure if the ever change the password after each traveler checks out. Either way it’s still a comfy place for a short stay and I’ll recommend it to those who has an early flight to Haneda airport and need to take a rest a bit before heading to the airport.
