Stayed here for about a week with my parents during our stay in Japan. The staff and everyone working the front desk are extremely friendly and cordial. They really go above and beyond to help accommodate any needs or requests made. The hotel is situated in front of the Sumida river and a 5 minute walk from Ryogoku station, so the location is superb. For the price, this hotel really can't be beat in terms of hospitality and room quality. I definitely plan on staying here again the next time I visit Tokyo. Shoutout to superstar Kasumi at the front desk for being accommodating and answering all my questions! Thank you all for a wonderful experience!

One night at work. On a sudden business trip, the hotel I have stayed so far was not able to book and was almost a dive. It is a very small hotel with only about 5 rooms on one floor, but it is quiet and comfortable for that minute. It was not possible and it was clean and comfortable around the bed around the water. Simmons' bed was comfortable. There is also a convenience store nearby. Both check-in and check-out, the front desk was foreign, and there was a little Japanese, but there was no problem with communication.

The overall price/performance ratio is high, the location is convenient for traveling, and the price is very affordable. I will choose to stay here again if I have the opportunity in the future.

Overall, it was great! I got there after 2 days of super stressful traveling days, and I had a midterm to finish in like, 3 hours so I was extremely stressed out during my stay but!!! The staff was friendly and helpful, the bed was veeeeeeeeeery comfy (after 2 days of sleeping in airports/ airplanes...Was the best, really! And the location was *chef's kiss* I LOVED the location. -1 pt The room was a bit creepy when I opened the door (it was nighttime and idk, it was very dark lol and there was a weird vibe with a lady screaming about political stuff right outside in the neighborhood at night) but that did not take all the charm away . The shower was a bit hard to find but there was soap and shampoo included, yay! Oh, and bonus point for having an international plug for laptops!!!!!!! I was so nervous at first when I could not charge my laptop with my canadian charger, that really helped :)

A very cozy house, beyond imagination, clean and tidy, bathroom is also very good, the room facilities are very complete, the decoration is very warm, the beds are many, there can be a lot of people, we did not all fill the beds, it is suitable Many people travel. The landlord responded quickly and politely, and answered all questions patiently. Ryogoku Arena and Tokyo Oedo Museum are both nearby. There are many convenience stores, vending machines, izakayas, and snack shops nearby, which is very convenient.

The best thing is that the location is good, other feelings are very bad. I wanted to modify some information before checking in, but neither Facebook DM nor send email responded. As a result, it cannot be modified. Configuration experience is extremely poor☹️ First: Because you have to take a card to go to the toilet and take a shower, you have to carry the card with you at all times (as shown in the picture). Like a primary school student, the check-in experience is very poor. Second: Accommodation is on the 2nd floor, and bathing is on the 5th floor. Because there are separate bathing rooms for girls and shared bathing rooms for men and women, you need to take a card, but the allocation method is very bad: put the bathing card in the box on the 1st floor and take it yourself. Completely put it back in place. As a result, many times other people forget to put it back after washing, and the next person takes a shower without it. Third: It is very inconvenient to open the door after taking a shower. To open the door, you need to touch the screen with your entire palm, and then tap the card to open the door. After taking a shower, I have to hold everything in one hand and touch the screen with one hand, and the screen touch is not very sensitive, so I have to hold everything in one hand several times before I can enter the room. 😡😡
