The room is clean and neat. Although slightly smaller in space but just nice for two of us. understandable because of the location. It located near to the town, near to hibiya line and convenient to travel to famous place like ginza, shibuya, etc. Checkin and out is easy. It will be great if there is plain water dispenser in the lobby (tap water is drinkable and kettle is provided to boil it.) There is public washing machine (i remember is a coin washing machine) that you can wash your clothes and you can also monitor the washing machine status from the TV in your room which is quite convenient as well.

Great location, only a 2 minute walk from the subway. The hotel staff are very kind and helpful, the rooms are clean, and the bed is comfortable. There's also a massage chair in the room, which is great after a long day of walking and exploring the city.

As we were on a family trip to Tokyo in early fall, the weather was quite unpredictable. Like it’s warm on certain days and cold on the rest. This hotel air con was just perfect for us. Staffs were helpful as they can speak English. Cleanliness can be improved cuz they only came  in to change the bedsheets every 4 days which I preferred changing it daily and vacuuming every single day. It’s quite a good space for 2 to stay but with 1 additional bed, it would be a little space consuming. I love the bakery in this hotel. Great place to get early breakfast and coffee. We didn’t tried the hotel breakfast though but I think it should be nice from other reviews. As we stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks. We needed a cleaner room. Still a good hotel to stay in anyways. There is a Chuo park which has a Starbucks. A nice park to stroll around. The Metropolitan building is very near to the park and the subway station is also nearby for use. Travelling using the JR line no problem at all. We covered all the places we wanted to visit which was awesome. Overall quite  good hotel to stay. Recommended to all.

Pros: - Location is perfect about 7 mins walk to tokyo station - Free luggage storage - coin laundry available on every floor - some amenities given (coffee, facial masks, comb, razor, cotton buds etc) Cons: - they will only clean the room after your 3rd night, not even emptying your trash bin at least on a daily basis (even though it says on non-cleaning days they'll do that) - no bottled water provided - room is smaller compared to the other hotel I've stayed in tokyo.

The hotel is about a 3 min walking distance from the train station. It’s nestled in a local neighborhood with several restaurants and convenient stores. The location from attractions is fair. We found ourselves taking a taxi back to the hotel after being out all day. The rooms are small and the bed was uncomfortable to me, the shower was great and the soaps provided smelled great. This is a good hotel if you are on the go and not in the room that much. Once you leave for the day the distance discouraged you from going back and forth.

Easy walking distance of around 10-15mins from Ueno station to hotel. When it rains, you can walk through the underpass but easy to get lost. Spacious room that comes with bath tub but it can flood the bathroom so water release has to be done very slowly. Easy walk to Ameya-yokocho street for shopping and food.

English: I booked 3 rooms for 2 nights, but in the morning, a male staff member knocked on the doors of all 3 rooms of our family, saying, “Check out time! Check out time! Check out time!” We were very shocked. I quickly told him that we had booked for 2 nights, but he said we had to change rooms. He spoke without politeness or a friendly tone. Japanese: 私は3部屋を2泊分予約しましたが、朝になって男性スタッフが家族の3部屋全てのドアを叩き、「チェックアウトタイム！チェックアウトタイム！チェックアウトタイム！」と言いました。私たちはとても驚きました。すぐに2泊予約していることを伝えましたが、彼は部屋を移動しなければならないと言いました。話し方も丁寧ではなく、親切なトーンではありませんでした。

My room type: Queen bed double room. Very new and modern hotel. The shower was one of the best in hotels I stayed before. Bed was comfy, mattress softer than many other hotels in Japan. The only drawback is, hotel bit far from metro or JR stations. 17 mins walk with language may not be convenient for some travelers. But taxi to Tokyo JR station only costs JPY1200 which was good option. Many location restaurants around with walking distance. I enjoyed the stay overall, accept for location, it was a perfect experience ^^

Booked and stayed 8 nights, what I can tell you is the location is perfect and close to restaurants, convenient store and train station. the lobby had a machine where you can self-checkin despite midnight checkin, we arrived around midnight and used the machine to check-in. I believe only this hotel had this features where i am looking for midnight checkin hotel. Commenting on the room, it rather smaller than i expect, perfectly fit for 2 people, but if you are with big luggage, do not expect big hallway and spacious movement. Very compact for short stay, not more than that. Cleanliness is acceptable, had a laundry room and ice machine, my wife was so happy about it. Lovely and helpful staff, you can also use the luggage transport to move your luggage to another hotel.
