Tokyo Minato Ward Hotels

Another very good stay at Shinagawa Prince Hotel! Location: very convenient as it’s just by the station and even if it’s raining we can go to few shops, restaurants, a pharmacy and seven eleven! Room: very small but we had everything we need for our stay. Comfortable bed to sleep. This time our room was the opposite side of the station so it was quieter and great night view from windows. Amenities: Good amenities especially we love body wash towel. Only request was that if they could prepare not only Green tea but also black tea that would be lovely. It’s always full of tourists at the hotel When we were staying we could hear voice of next room which was quite noisy and they were chatting quite late with loud voice so this was the only disappointment that we experienced this time.

There is honestly nothing to complain about - everyone is extremely helpful, the room service food and cleaning was superb. One thing I could mention is cues at check - in - it is really demotivating to spend time in the hall after a long trip. Other than that - definitely recommend, both in terms of service and location.

My room is clean and quiet. The FOH are welcoming and the location of the hotel is only a short walking distance to Shinagawa station. Overall, I’m happy with my stay as it is very convenient to travel around Tokyo and to the airports. There are many shops and restaurants around the hotel.

Excellent hotel in the heart of the Ginza area! Very beautiful huge building, wonderful interior, the hotel has everything for a comfortable stay: vending machines, iron, hair dryer, the rooms are clean, beautiful, cozy. Excellent cosmetics, pajamas, smart toilets. We rested with a company of 7 people in different rooms and in all rooms there was enough space to open all the suitcases and pack your things. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The hotel is very close to the metro, attractions and all the shops and restaurants! Good breakfasts! Also, the price of the hotel includes bar services in the evenings - you can drink unlimited alcohol and eat snacks in the lobby bar! Thank you very much!

Located in Shiba Park with an unblocked view of the iconic Tokyo Tower, this hotel offers a fabulous experience to me. I could easily walk to the Senso Ji temple next to the hotel and have free shuttle to JR station (although it is within 7-10 minutes walk).

The self check in was new, but quite complicated and needed staff help to finish the process since we could not do it ourselves. Felt like it was innovative but incomplete. The service was good, quick to attend to us when we needed, the facilities were okay and did not try the food just coffee from the lobby area / bar. Overall, it's a great location and easy to get to. 

We really loved our stay here with spacious room, balcony and kind stuffs! Whole hotel is specious so we didn’t feel crowded at all since lobby is also spacious with beautiful interior. There are many restaurants and cafes too so it’s very convenient. Even if it’s rainy day we can just spend time inside the hotel which was very good. We will definitely come back! Also really apprecite all kind check-in stuffs especially the one who helped us for the arrival day.

I booked Nikko Daibas as 12 mins drive away to Tokyo Big sight exhibition. The arrival experience is really good as I took midnight flight and when I arrived hotel 10.30am, the room is ready for me. That's really lovely of the manager. Very appreciated the gesture of this hotel. The room 32 is considered spacious enough for me usually I stay in hotel ＞40m2, so this 35m2 is average standard. Upon arrival and check-in to my room , which is 2137 ( I booked bay view room ) I made myself a cup of coffee with their Nespresso machine in the room and drink a bottle of water. They provide 4 bottles of water per day with daily amenities like- toothbrush/slipper/skincare/standard shampoo etc. The housekeeping is very satisfying. Arrival and departure experience are very good as well. The bellboy and the staffs are very polite and friendly, totally love their Japanese gesture. Absolutely different from UK/Europe hotels. Hotel Nikko is very big hotel with many rooms with 3 breakfast location. Above all the satisfaction points, I have some feedbacks : 1. Cafe Lobby/Grand Restaurant breakfast section are SUPER Long que- I stayed 4D3N, I managed to have my breakfast 1 day at Cafe Lobby another day at 30th floor SuShi breakfast set which I will share together with the reviews. 2.The Bed/Pillows are not very comfortable with me, I can't sleep well at nights, took me hours to fall asleep 3. I have 6 breakfast coupons for single person , so I am allowed to use for room service / high tea, anyway I am very busy at exhibition and also their good quality didn't meet my expectations.

Very nice hotel located around an 8 min walk from Daimon, JR Hamamatsucho Station (which is the terminus of the Monorail from Haneda Airport), and Shiodome Station. Room size isn’t too big but this is Tokyo. Room was cleaned every day and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a buffet. I will say that the Japanese options like udon, ramen and the rice with soup were tastier than the Western options. The make-your-own croffle was my favourite part.

Fantastic! Centrally located in Roppongi, it’s a wonderful night’s stay. I did have trouble finding where the room light switches were, as they all activated with the room key. The showers were especially nice, with an overhead “rain” option.
