Overall it's good, the hardware is new, the decoration style is quite unique, the waiters have a high level of English, there are also a few Chinese services, the bed is 1.8 meters, it's 200 meters away from JR and subway, you can walk to Ginza, there are many izakayas opposite, the only drawback is that the room is too small, the price is not cheap
Superb in all departments. Exceptionally clean and service from all staff members felt very special indeed. Tepanyaki chef prepared and unforgettable meal experience and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Beautiful view from the Room, with Mount Fuji visible on clear days.
Amazing location and hipster vibe hotel. So happy I booked this location instead of Shinjuku. 10-15 min walk from the main Aki station. Ground floor entrance is recessed in from the street which is nice. Ground floor is a trendy pizza restaurant. So cool. Reception is on 2nd floor. Polite and friendly staff. Explained everything you need to know. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Nice BT speaker and tv. Shower and toilet very clean and bright. Free water and quality coffee bags. There's a famous restaurant opposite which is handy and queues. There's a Lawsons nearby and a pharmacy on the corner which is great too. 5 min walk from Donki and Bic and all the anime and manga shops. Can't fault this hotel and location. Offline Tv YT streamers also stayed at this hotel. Will definitely book again.

Very comfortable for a family of 6. Very Clean, there's a washer, Complete instructions for electrical items and facilities are provided in a folder in English.
Would be even better if toilet is separated from the shower. We made it work with schedule.
Requested for early check in for our luggages since we will be arriving early. We not only got that but we were able to get into our room as well!
Overall so happy with our stay.
Thank you Team for making our stay most comfortable.

In Tokyo, where every inch of land is valuable, the basic room is 70 square meters, which is really luxurious. The service is very, very good. They even bought cold medicine for me because I had a cold. The breakfast is very rich, with both Japanese and Western food. You can overlook Mount Fuji from the room. It is worthy of being the number one hotel in Tokyo.

The location is great, but the prerequisite is to know how to walk out of the complicated Tokyo subway station. Staff service attitude is extremely polite, English communication skills are strong, breakfast food is delicious. Worth recommending to stay

This hotel is close to akihabara station and iwamotocho station. It is almost a 10~15min walk which can be a bit far if you have luggage. But since we can access two train stations it was easy to travel to other major cities. There are also many restaurants in the area. However, the room might be a bit small if you need to open many luggages. And not much sunlight comes in so the room may be a bit dark. The employee at the front desk was very helpful.

Staff offered assistance the very moment the taxi door was opened. Warm reception and staff escorted me to my room and explained the amenities in detail. Tried three breakfast options. All good. Almost all staff were pleasant and spoke good English. Location was great as Metro station was just round the corner. View was splendid and I walked at the park for a while after breakfast every day. Only that the hotel was a bit worn out with small holes in bed sheets and a tiny spot of toothpaste was found near the sink. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay.

We had a nice stay at Washington Hotel Akihabara. The hotel is well located, nearby metro lines and local trains which allow us to easily move around Tokyo. Although the room is small, it is well designed and it big enough for few nights. The bed is not very large but comfortable. We managed to sleep with our 2 yo kid. You can also choose between soft or hard pillow. The bathroom was quite big with a nice bathtub. Around the hotel, you have plenty of restaurant and convenient stores. The buffet breakfast was great and everything we try tastes really good ! There is a large choice between Japanese food and wester food. Finally, there is a laundry area which was really convenient.

GGanghaoyujiannin!it has been raining over the few days when we were in Tokyo. I have been reading a lot of review before deciding on Kitano hotel.
our deciding payoff as we consider this is one of the best hotel we have stayed in Tokyo as the room is spacious and full of amenities. the hotel breakfast is also very classic althougth only 2 choices (either a japanese or western breakfast). the staffs at the hotel is very polite and helpful. thank you to the hotel management and wish you have a properous business
GGuest UserHoshinoya is a very distinctive hotel. From the moment you enter the lobby, you have to take off your shoes. The lobby, corridors, elevators, and rooms are all decorated in tatami style, which is very clean. There is a very good hot spring on the top floor. After enjoying the hot spring, you will be served a glass of delicious ice milk. It is worth staying. Because the distance between the buildings is small, it is dark in the room, and there is no problem staying at night. But it will be a bit uncomfortable to stay in the hotel all day. The set meals ordered into the room are exquisite, but monotonous. So you can't always order in the room. This is the second time I have stayed in the same hotel, and the feeling is a little different. The first time was a bit shocking and very special. The second time, the experience is still very good, and the service quality must be five stars. Some waiters at the front desk are not good at English. Finally, a special point, in the afternoon, there was a traditional performance in the lobby, which echoed the traditional Japanese style inside the building, and it was very stylish.

OOngkyDarmawanBooked and stayed 8 nights, what I can tell you is the location is perfect and close to restaurants, convenient store and train station.
the lobby had a machine where you can self-checkin despite midnight checkin, we arrived around midnight and used the machine to check-in. I believe only this hotel had this features where i am looking for midnight checkin hotel.
Commenting on the room, it rather smaller than i expect, perfectly fit for 2 people, but if you are with big luggage, do not expect big hallway and spacious movement. Very compact for short stay, not more than that.
Cleanliness is acceptable, had a laundry room and ice machine, my wife was so happy about it.
Lovely and helpful staff, you can also use the luggage transport to move your luggage to another hotel.

AAnonymous UserLittle mermaid as breakfast is good for bread lover, and the pastries actually very good! Location is very convenient and near to travel spot too. It’s quiet and my fav spot is the make up area, many mirrors which is good for girl. Got free hair curler or straightener for girl to do hair style too!
SSole TravellerStayed 4 nights. Walking distance to Suehirocho station & Ueno-hirokoji station (Ginza Line), Ueno-okachimachi station (Oedo Line), and Ameyoko shopping streets. 7-11 & McDonald's is also nearby. The room is clean, but housekeeping is not every day unless you stick the ”Clean Up Room” on the door before 11 am. Not all the staff can speak English. Would definitely stay at this hotel again if I return to Tokyo. Highly recommended.

AAnonymous UserHotel was located close to Akihabara and Ochanomizu Station which made transportation easily accessible. It was also a walking distance from various food places at Akihabara and had a Family Mart below.
Room itself was a little small but expected of Tokyo hotels. Had sufficient amenities and was a clean place.
Overall, a decent stay for its price.
PPICHEWA_I had planned to go to the SEVENTEEN concert at Tokyo Dome, so I was searching for a convenient place to stay. This hotel, located just one station away and a short walk from the station, was the perfect find. The area is well-served with convenience stores, restaurants, and vending machines.
The staff were welcoming and helpful. I checked in before my concert and left my luggage in the room, so I didn't have much time to take detailed photos.
The room itself was quite compact, measuring only 6 square meters (approximately 2x3 meters). However, it was perfectly adequate for a solo traveler and I was able to fit my 28-inch suitcase on the floor.
The bed was a fold-out and wasn't the most comfortable, but it was good enough for a one-night stay. The room wasn't as stuffy as I expected, and the air conditioning worked well.
A small desk and chair were positioned near the window, and the curtains could be opened for natural light while getting ready. The desk wasn't huge, but it was quite long and could hold plenty of belongings. A TV was mounted on the wall next to the window, but I didn't have a chance to check it out.
The room also featured a large mirror, clothes hangers, and a double-sided clothes rack. If you had a lot of luggage, you could store items on the upper shelf.
The shared shower and bathroom facilities were clean and well-maintained, with two of each on each floor. There were also double sinks. Basic toiletries like soap and shampoo were provided.
You can purchase a Metro Tokyo pass directly from the staff at the lobby. The hotel also offers various activities and services; feel free to inquire with the staff for more details.
GGuest UserIt's a short walk from JR Akihabara (about 10 minutes if it's your first time), but about 7 minutes from Akihabara Metro Station.
(Once you get used to it, you can go faster)
The entrance to the building is a little difficult to find at night, but
There is a signboard and an orange flag at the entrance.
I was able to find it safely.
Even if you check in late at night, please put up a sticker etc.
I was able to enter the room smoothly.
There are more toilets, sinks, and bathrooms (3) than I expected.
There are many hair dryers,
Paper towels, free ear plugs, and shampoo treatments are also available.
Although it is an unreasonable price,
It is very easy to use and I would like to use it again.
The receptionist I met in the morning was also very nice.
thank you very much.
