Excellent stay! Every amenity you can think of and a superb staff. What a pleasure!   In addition I can’t fail to mention the Imperial bar is so atmospheric and lives up to its legendary reputation.

I arrived early morning hence was only able to leave my luggage at the reception. Check in was at 2pm and the hotel was nice to accept my request prior to booking for a room on the ladies floor for security reasons and I am also a solo traveller. Amenities like toothbrush, comb and tea packets are provided at the reception too. My only wish is that I hope in future the Hotel can provide at least an international or English movie channel for foreign guests.

Despite the small space in the room, the hotel is nearby metro station and the quiet area helps to get a good rest. The space fits 2 people and enough to sleep and rest. The hotel is also nearby one halal dining place and a mosque.

The room is clean and comfortable, the service manager also can speak English very well. However, there is no shower cap and the location is very near subway but Hanzomon line isn’t super convenient.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect – convenient to everything I wanted to explore, yet peaceful and quiet at night. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the hotel, which made my stay feel extra special. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for top-notch service and comfort.

I traveled to the hotel from Narita and its location near Kanda Station is incredibly convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and not too busy. The front desk workers are all very friendly, accommodating, and speak great English. The room is small perfect for a solo traveler with a large suitcase. The room was cleaner than I expected and had a kettle, fridge, and hairdryer. The disposable amenities are located on the first floor before the elevators. Checking in was a breeze as was checking out, even when I checked out at an odd hour. I had no issues at all during my 3 night stay and would definitely stay here again.

This is a good choice because I can find a convenient store right beside the entrance. I can also find toilets and sofas in common area down there. The room was a little bit smaller than I thought but everything I needed was there.

The variety of the breakfast is o.k., although the menu of every day is not much changed. I prefered to have tomato juice and kiwi fruits, which are missing. the window of my room was half smoked, which should be 100% transparent one.

Conveniently located within Akihabara station. Room is a little small but is standard for Tokyo. Room is clean and staff is friendly. Nearby places to eat and shopping. Highly recommended

Hotel has a convenient location with Otemachi station entrance in same exact building around the corner. A few 24h conbini’s are located around. We had a room facing the park with a stunning view at the sunset and Mt.Fuji. The room itself is clean and spacious, everything needed was inside, staff changed towels daily. Smoking room is around reception and is really comfy as there are 2 vending machines. The only downside - pool operating ours are ending early, which is a bit strange as walking around Tokyo usually does not end around 6-7 pm. and would be great to stretch you legs after a long walk swimming in a pool before going to sleep
