Tokyo Chuo Ward Hotels

Amazing hotel! So clean. And I loved that beautiful smell at the lobby area, that’s so calming. All the girls from the reception are so kind and helpful with all your needs. They do their best to satisfy your expectations. The room is clean and has all you need. The bed is very comfy, pillows have two sides: soft and massage balls, as always at Japanese hotels. I had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant Shari and it was tasty. And I loved sake they recommend me. I really enjoyed! Location is great. Close to everything. Kabukiza theater is just across the street. Definitely gonna stay at the hotel again. Thank you so much!

A nice hotel at a very convenient location! The room is relatively big compared to hotels in Tokyo, and the breakfast was so great (although they dun change their breakfast selection over my 4 days of stay). Recommended for sure!

Room is clean, amenities are complete, eco cleaning every 3days but we can ask more, check in and check out are easy and fast, near kayabacho sta. There is laundry room so we don't need to bring a lot of clothes. Thanks a lot :)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at hotel, and I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding experience. Every team member I interacted with—from the front desk to housekeeping—was courteous, friendly, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to come across such consistently excellent service, and it made my stay truly memorable. The room was immaculate, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable. Pros: good location, there are several stations nearby. There are many shops nearby. There is also a T-CAT nearby, which is very convenient, we took the bus from the airport and got there. I really liked the robe they offer, it's convenient. Of the disadvantages, I can only add that it is very cramped for two, not enough space. My son and I liked everything. Thank you)

The location of the hotel was excellent. Exit 4 of Bakurocho Station was located right next to the entrance of the hotel and the exit led to all the other connecting train lines so it was extremely convenient to travel to all the popular locations. I went to Tokyo for a concert and it only took 25 minutes from Tokyo Dome back to the hotel. Highly recommend this place for anyone watching concerts at the Dome as well. Furthermore, the breakfast was a nice mix of Western and Japanese food and we found the breakfast sufficient to get us through the afternoon. There's free lockers and locks for luggage storage on the 1st floor so you don't need to go through the staff to lock your luggage. The laundry rooms located on the 4th and 8th floor were really cheap as well. Total was about 400Yen to wash and dry clothes. The only downside was that the rooms were slightly old and very small (but we expected it from Tokyo already so it wasn't an issue for us) so we had a hard time packing things into a 29inch luggage.

I loved my stay at this hotel, and the room was clean and very comfortable. All the amenities you could need, bottles of water and pyjamas were provided. The view of the city was fantastic! The staff were professional and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, about 6 minutes walk to a station with many lines and a couple of blocks away from the main Ginza shopping streets. I didn't try the bar or restaurant but they seemed liked by guests.

Just a street away from bustling Ginza area, has many convenience stores nearby. Hotel room is relatively new and I really like the pillow and size of the bed. Quiet despite located at the main area. Amenities are good but can be improved by providing skincare too! :)

Location was super which is walking distance to Tokyo station, exit from Tokyo Yaesu Central exit and go down the underpass and exit from exit 22 via stairs (take note we did not managed to locate any lift to floor level, u can walked via main street to avoid carrying your luggage to the underground to train station). Hotel provided alot of amenities which include face mask etc, complimentary coffee and tea provided during non breakfast hour near receptionist. Room was sizable as we are managed to open 2 luggage at the same time.

A great place to stay if you're taking the Keio Line to Makuhari Messe for events. Plus, there's an excellent Chinese restaurant nearby — highly recommend checking it out! Also the hotel has vending machines, microwaves, and washing machines.
