Comfortable and enjoyed my stayed in Keio hotel. Nice view at L47 and to watch the Godzilla effect show.

It was an expected size of room in Tokyo. More than enough to open 3 luggages in the room, not bad. About 8-10 mins walk from JR station, which could be either through basement or upper ground, so no big issue during rainy days. The staffs were very helpful, very timely response on call for asking bottles of water/ other necessities. Many food options around the hotel, mostly within 10-20mins walk.

Really love this hotel. The room is very spacious and it iis very clean! The Aurora Sky Lounge is fantastic for a night drink, and the newly opened Sky Plaza Ibasho is also amazing for productive daytime where you can do some work, read or relax. The staff is really amazing too. I remember Nagai (I hope I get the name correctly) was very kind and helpled me search for my sunglasses when I misplaced it. Thank you so much Nagai and I really appreciate it. I hope to be back one day.

Good underground passageway from Shinjuku station. Long walk about 15 min. Room is big in Tokyo terms.

We book this hotel due to the free shuttle bus service to Disneyland and the appointment need to be made 2 months ago via the website . The shuttle bus is quite full but makes us very convenient to the park. We took the Limousine Bus from NRT airport straight to the hotel with around 1.5 hours and you can also buy the return ticket from the front desk. The transportation support of this hotel is awesome ! We also book a car nearby in Nippon car rental and only take us 5 mins walking distance to the car pick up point , the overnight parking charge is affordable with only 1000 yen per night. Recommended this hotel to those travellers looking for fast and convenient transportation time.

Room is huge considering it being a Tokyo Hotel. Toiletries are provided however, south Tower seems to be a bit aged and bath tub was yellow and looks dirty. Hotel is very accessible as an airport limousine stop and is 15walk to Shinjuku Station and main Area or 5min walk to Tochomae Station :) Hotel does luggage storage too in case you go intercity in between :)

Approx 10mins walk to shinguku station with children and construction ongoing.

location is good . just less than 2 blocks from shinkujo using the back door .shinjuko is wide has west south north area so still a bit walk but still accesible and convenient. Breakfast buffet is yummy at super glass buffet and you get 10a% discount if you are a hotel guest . our room at main tower is small around 21-23 sq ms but very clean and bed is quite comfortable. will definitely return in future .oh the hotel did really went out all the way making sure we got our connecting rooms which is very convenient to our group

Not easily accessible to popular hotspots from the hotel. Outdated decor within the room. Hotel looks ancient. Slightly dirty.

convenient with free shuttle bus to Disney. strongly recommend to stay.. however, the receptionist promised to arrange newspaper but I did not receive any in my 2 nights stay, they do not seem helpful.
