Great hotel stay
Pros:
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel
Good sized rooms
Free shuttle to Disneyland and Disney sea
Good location - close to Shinjuku station (take the back entrance)
Gym was sufficient
Limousine bus stops right outside the hotel.
Lots of hotel amenities included
Great view from the room
Cons:
The bathtub leaked a few times

It was convenient & easy to book thru trip.com. Hotel room is spacious and clean. Service is good. Gym facilities is good but very small cause alot of people going to the gym. For location wise to shopping district quite a distance away and metro station is very near.. Overall is great. Thank you trip.com

Booked South Tower twin room but was so called upgraded to Main Tower's superior twin upon checked in. Carpets in the room were dusty and dirty. Got rashes the next day, when to the front desk to request thorough cleaning, even requested to change of bedsheets daily. But it's still same and my rashes got worsen

The hotel was located around 15 mins from the buzzling Shinjuku area and was nearer to the commercial buildings which provided a quieter resting area away from the busy packed area. Room was big for Japan standard and service was great just that if you arrive during the changing of shifts, be prepared to wait. A downside would probably be the lack of washing machines and dryers (imagine only having 4 machines for the entire 30 off levels of rooms).

Everyone was very sweet and helpful. The 47th floor was amazing, with great views and a fun place for the baby to play and nap while parents relaxed.

It’s quite a distance from subway and the room is quite outdated
Not sure why the housekeeping kept all the room slippers and not throwing them. They mixed mine and my friend’s slipper so we have to use new one but then they didn’t throw the old ones and it accumulate to 7-8 pairs by the end of trip and it’s very messy. And they didn’t throw our rubbish when they did the housekeeping. Not sure if it’s the bedding but I got rashes over my body and it’s so itchy till now (I’ve checked out on 27 September)
