Clean hotel room, great customer service. It was very small in size but had what we needed. Had some issues with the air con, only the fan was working during our stay. Otherwise was great, perfect location with lots of restaurants and stations nearby, and a local temple. Room service provided every 3 days.

It's location is okay, 2 bus stops to Tobu Asakusa Station, a few minutes walk to Asakusa Shrine, but not overwhelming.
Interior has seen better days.
Service was friendly, but besides check in and out, the only service provided was taking your key in to custody when you leave the hotel and handing it back out when you return.
Still better than a capsule hostel (imho), but probably not for everyone.

The location is a bit far from the Asakusa station but if you love to walk i think it wont be a problem! They give clean towels everyday, which is sooo nice. And the staff speaks good english and they are so helpful too! Overall, I recommend to stay at this hotel if you stay in japan.
