The location is great, it's just a short walk from the Ikebukuro subway station. And the breakfast is amazing, with so many different options to choose from!

Convenient location from Ikebukuro. Breakfast was included which is not always the case for some hotels. Nice friendly service. Free amenities and toiletries. Family Mart Convenience shop next to the hotel. Room was generally clean. A little small and cramped. Overall would recommend to travellers.

Rooms in good locations in Japan are super small But they are small but well-equipped. The checkout time is 10am, which is the earliest time I have ever checked out of any hotel. I can only say that location is everything. Breakfast is not allowed after 9:15am, but the content is quite rich. There is a park downstairs. It is small but orderly.

The room is too small. The service attitude at the reception is very good. Although there is no free coffee in the room, there is free matcha powder. The shower water pressure is sufficient. The hotel is located near the subway station, and there is Minami Ikebukuro Park nearby, which is convenient for morning transportation. There is a convenience store, coffee shop and dermatology clinic downstairs of the hotel. The only drawback is that you cannot check out later than 10 am. But the check-out efficiency is very fast.
