Great view, good service, big area, good breakfast, Close to tourist attractions and convenient for nightlife.

Hotel location, cleanliness is good. But they gave limited parking space, for such a big hotel. Please book in advance if u r driving. Also, the receptionist is not helpful, they leave you to manage if there's no more hotel parking. It's still a distance to walk to the shinjuku city centre. Single female, not advised to stay as it's near the red district.

The location of the hotel was not the most optimal. The nearest train station was a 5-10 mins walk away. And there was another long walk through the underpass to get to the brown line that we frequently used, which resulted in us deciding to lug our luggages to deposit at the lockers in the train station (so that we don’t have to walk back). Room was decently spacious for the price point that we paid.

Room side is as per what we are already aware of and usual Japan hotels size. Luggages in room give a gauge on the size. Can still open 2 medium sized luggages. Location of hotel is not bad, near to stations.

The hotel is clean, super convenient location. The staff is friendly too. I’m on the 8th floor and saw sunrise from the hotel room :)

Good location, a little far to JR, many restaurants and shops close by. It gets very busy at night, a 24 hours city. Friendly staff, quiet room.

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Big comfy room with a king bed and space for packing. Breakfast was also delicious here!

not recommended for family, area nearby Kabukicho. Room was smaller than expected, bed is comfy, some staff very helpful but some very strong when you asking they something. 7-10mins walk to station.

This is one of the worst hotels I've stayed at so far. The cleaning was poorly done—there was a lot of dust and white spots on the furniture. Additionally, there was no room service available in the evening, and I had to go down to the lobby just to get amenities restocked. I don’t understand how they managed to get a good rating with such poor service..

The hotel and room are clean and cozy to stay. Staff also able to speak English which is very nice

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the Higashi-Shinjuku station on the pink line. We tried the breakfast buffet once—it was decent but quite crowded, especially with tour groups arriving as early as 7am when breakfast starts. The variety was satisfactory, and we particularly enjoyed the bread station. The hotel is also comfortably close to the shopping area, with several clubs along the route to the Godzilla head. Room service was prompt and efficient and there are drinks vending machines at level 1. The counter staff allowed us to check in a bit earlier as the room was ready so thank you for that.

Good location,room quite small noisy from nearby room and not place for single lady.

it was a great hotel and near shinjuku so that's very convenient

I arrived early and they allowed me to check in at 11am. Apart from the location, the hotel room was very small and didn’t offer room service. It’s like a subpar 3* hotel… barely making it 4* However, I did enjoy my stay because the pricing was fairly reasonable.
