Very nice and helpful staff! The rooms are cleaned every day. Beautiful and clean rooms. They laid out a double futon, it was very soft to sleep. On the floor there is a Japanese-style bath, it was great to lie in it.
It would be better if it was possible to do laundry at the hotel.

The front desk receptionist/ owner speaks very good English. Overall, the experience is good save for 2 matters;
1. Proximity to the railway tracks. More noise disturbances from the trains but this will subside once the train services stops after midnight.
2. Narrow staircase up to the second floor. Those with big heavy luggages will find it challenging to lift them up and navigating the steep and narrow staircase.

The staff ( I guess he is the owner) is very nice. We checked in at night time and he even helped us to carry the heavy suitcases upstairs. The shared washroom and shower are actually fine , no concern at all , will book again

Host is very nice to us and try to explain how to use things in the room and common area (which is in japanese) Its like we're at home. Very enjoy stay here

It was amazing to have experienced Sansuiso Ryokan. It's pretty close to the station and the river. There is a Convenience store close by. Amazing experience.

This is a cozy inn with a homey atmosphere.
The toilets, washrooms, and baths were well-cleaned and felt very clean.
No meals were provided, but it's close to Gotanda Station so it's easily accessible and no problem staying there without meals.
There was also a nice bakery nearby.

Very, very clean! You can deeply feel the Japanese tatami atmosphere. The boss speaks good English, and there is no problem with checking in and asking for directions. I also stored my luggage for most of the day, and it was easy to communicate. It is next to a small river and very close to Gotanda Station. Perfect experience!
