Our family of five, including three young kids, had an absolutely fantastic stay at Rosenheim Tokyo Shinjuku Okubo. The hotel is conveniently located near Okubo Station, making it a perfect base to explore Tokyo, yet it offers a peaceful and welcoming retreat from the city's bustle.
The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the exceptional service. Mr. Agawa, in particular, went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. From the moment we arrived, his warm demeanor, attention to detail, and willingness to assist with every request made us feel truly valued as guests. It’s rare to encounter someone who genuinely takes pride in ensuring visitors have a seamless and enjoyable stay, but Mr. Agawa epitomized that spirit.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-suited for a family. The hotel's calm and family-friendly environment allowed us to relax after busy days of exploring.

The owner took the initiative to help upgrade the room. The room was clean and well-equipped. We also rented the owner's car to go to Mount Fuji. He also enthusiastically introduced each attraction and the arrangements were reasonable.
