The room we had are a bit small but it’s nice and clean and the bed was big enough with toddler. The staff was very nice and they all speak English which is really good.

Great location, right next to the roppongi station, Uber or taxi can stop in front of the hotel. Only weird thing is that if you want your room made up or cleaned, you need to specifically request for it.

reception staff wasn’t too friendly and the room faced a graveyard and was stickered up. otherwise good location and not tiny for tokyo standards

再也不住這家酒店了，樓下一片大墓地，夜裡經常做噩夢。多次協商也不給提前退，換房就加錢。
而且房間內沒有桌子，用電腦衹能在一個很小的玻璃茶几上，沙發很低，衹能窩着坐，而且沒法開窗，衹能24時開廁所排風扇通風。
唯一優點是早餐到十點半。

距離地鐵站和巴士站很近，樓下有便利店，還是可以的。酒店窗户勉強看見東京塔，其他沒啥特色，性價比還行吧，中規中矩的一家。
