Service was great. Easy to check in. Clean and neat rooms, with basic amenities provided. Would book again! Also very close to the train station which was quite convenient.

We stayed for 3 nights and upon arrival was informed that the room only cleaned once upon arrival and wont be cleaned for the rest of the stays. We are quite disappointed as we want to stay at hotel because we expected it would be cleaned everyday, compared to homestay. This is also the first time we found a cockroach at hotel in Japan. Location is also quite far from the main Subway and JR lines, need approximately 30mins to get to the Shibuya/Shinjuku and other hot spot in Tokyo.

10 points! Recommended for solo travelers or couples. Location: 10 points! The subway station is within a 5-minute walk. Supermarkets, convenience stores, and drugstores are all nearby. Location: 10/10. Facilities: 10/10. Transportation: 10/10. Value: 10/10. If you're traveling alone, I can't imagine why you wouldn't stay here.

Near the metro, easy to get to the center. Relatively quiet place. The room is clean, quite comfortable for a couple. The only downside is that there is no smart TV (or we just didn't find it). Definitely recommend.

Very convenient, 3 minutes walk from Shin-Koiwa Station, there is also a direct subway to Narita Airport, so you don't have to worry even if you have a flight at night. The surrounding banks, post offices and restaurants are really convenient.
