I usually come to this hotel when I travel to Tokyo for work. The level of the service for the price is usually good. The location is good with the many metro stations close by, many combini, Hamamatsucho area is always very convenient.
As per the rooms - usual Japan small :) Not a great fan of the moquette, which is sometimes dirty.
A little disappointed by breakfast hours, since it closes at 9:30 (I had an international call that finsihed a little before 9:30 and I wasn't accepted in, not even for a coffee - and there is a self service machine...).
In general, good price/value ratio!

Clean, nice, self checkin&out service were convenient, close to Tokyo tower that I could take a stroll easily, not that far from subway station

Convenient location. Walking distance to transportation, shopping, food and fish market. Food is okay. However, the room is very small and no room cleaning.
