Location was super which is walking distance to Tokyo station, exit from Tokyo Yaesu Central exit and go down the underpass and exit from exit 22 via stairs (take note we did not managed to locate any lift to floor level, u can walked via main street to avoid carrying your luggage to the underground to train station).
Hotel provided alot of amenities which include face mask etc, complimentary coffee and tea provided during non breakfast hour near receptionist.
Room was sizable as we are managed to open 2 luggage at the same time.

Location is good just opposite to Tokyo Station Yaesu Central exit. But the lower floor room window is blocked due to renovation nearby. After request for higher floor, the problem is solved.

Hotel is close to Tokyo station, just opp from the JR entrance. If you wish to walk from underground street, come up from exit 21 via stairs. Overall very nice experience at the hotel, room size is consider big, as we are able to open 2 big luggages side by side & there is still sufficient walking space. There is a welcome drink & some foot patch & kose skincare samples. Room is very sound proof, unable to hear the music played at the corridor. Hotel does provide early check in with a fee of 2000 yen per hour.

We spent 5 very comfortable nights in this well appointed hotel. Our flight arrived at 6am and we got to Tokyo by about 9am and the beautiful receptionist was so welcoming to to weary travellers. We were able to store our backpacks and have a cool drink before heading out to explore Tokyo. We chose to have breakfast somewhere different every day however breakfast is available in this hotel if you wish. We would definitely stay here again not just because of its proximity to everything and the lovely amenities but because of the cleanliness and attention to detail of the Cleaners and the helpful and kind Reception staff

Great central location. You can walk through the underground shops from Tokyo Station to Exit 22 and you are nearly at this Hotel. Lots of shops and eateries around. There is a coin laundry for guests to use which is very convenient. Rooms are compact as is the norm in Tokyo.
