Staff were great and very friendly! They even prepared a little gift for us. :) Hotel was located really near a train station and was convenient to get around Tokyo.
However the room smells really musky and odd… Even after using the air purifier and the room spray, the smell still persisted. More maintenance needs to be done for the room. Seems like the stench has been embedded into the carpet and walls…

Located near Shinjuku (one stop away or 15-18mins walk). Spacious with lots of amenities. Good for groups.

Good location. Not too far from JR station. The room was cleaned only every 4 days, but there were clean towels every day. The staff there was friendly and helpful.

The location is good , walking distance to train station . Aeon Convenient shop just behind the hotel . Best for family stay

I really loved this hotel. I stayed there with my parents. It is like a tiny apartment. The shower/bath room was very nice. Everything was clean and they had many amenities. The staff was very nice and helpful. It is very quiet, no outside noise was heard. I would stay there again.

The staff were helpful and polite. You can always find one who can speak in English or Chinese. The hotel location was excellent, just a few minutes from the Metro. Hygiene was good.

Room is slightly old as compared to other hotels which we stayed in Osaka and Kyoto, but the room size is good. We have enuf space to walk ard after opening 2 29inch lugagge. Hotel is very near the station Okubo. There's also a supermarket next to hotel which sells things cheaper than family mart. Usually we just take a stroll down to shinjuku instead of taking the subway. Walking takes around 15min to 20min with my kids.

The location is very good, closed to 2 JR stations. The hotel itself is ok and the room is pleasantly big for Tōkyō standard. Cleaning ia only every 4th day - ok with that. You receice fresh towels everyday but you have to put used towels and garbage out of the door if you want have it collected - this felt a bit strange for the standard (or at least i'm not used to that). Personal is very friendly.

In stead of no cleaning, we provide fresh towels and garbage in fornt of the door every day. By putting used towels and garbage out side of the door, we can collect them. Hotel was in a good location and rooms were decently sized. A road down from many restaurants and there's an AEON supermart downstairs. Front desk was also very efficient in arranging for luggage delivery services cross-cities.

The location is fairly convenient. It’s 5 mins walk to the train station. One stop away from Shinjuku main station:
It’s near to a Supermaektt. Near to lots of convenience store. And also near to cheap eateries.

The location was good. About 3 mins walk to Obuko Station. Travelling to shopping areas like Ginza, Shibuya, Harajuku are nearby too. We took the 6 pax room. Surprisingly the floor mattress wasn’t that hard to sleep in. There’s 2 toilets.
The down side is that there’s only 1 shower room, so the waiting time for everyone to shower at night was quite long.

Exceeded our expectations, the room was the biggest we ever stayed in japan with almost complete amenities within such as washer, kitchen, hob, etc. The staff were friendly and toiletries were sufficiently available including facial wash, makeup removal. 3 mins walk to okubo station with lotsa eateries too

The best so far in tokyo. huge space with washing machine with dryer in the room ,can get washing machine powder from lobby desk as well. location is good , near okubo station . few minutes walk got domino, aeon and 7-11. worth the money !
