This should be the point that Ctrip pays attention to, to communicate and find a more suitable solution. This wave of operations directly affects the check-in, because in terms of time, I couldn't open the webpage before landing in Japan. Even if I arrived, I had to do this and that in a hurry. Finally, I arrived at the door of the hotel and didn't receive the room password! Check-in is not convenient at all! Network restriction problem, no communication in advance, waiting at the door every minute, I made an appointment to arrive at Shibuya Sky at 17:40, but because I didn't have the password, I waited for 40 minutes in the B&B! I wanted to take pictures of Shibuya at sunset, but I missed it when I got there! ! ! ! I am very dissatisfied with this! ! So I gave 3 points for the service! ! ! Let's talk about things that are not related to human factors. Facilities: The facilities are good and clean. There are band-aids, cotton swabs, cooking, washing clothes, soap powder, detergent, etc. The bathroom is noteworthy. It is very comfortable to take a shower. Hygiene: I think it is very good. Don't be picky. I think it is very clean. Environment: This homestay is not difficult to find. It is just on the roadside. There is a subway and a Family Mart within 100 meters, and there is also a drugstore! I personally think it is very convenient. Go downstairs from the homestay and walk a few steps to the right to reach the subway entrance! You can see Tokyo Tower 200 meters to the left, which I think is very convenient. Service: Let's not talk about it. Taste it yourself. I give it 2🌟 because neither Ctrip nor the homestay has considered that the Internet cannot be opened in China. In addition to the service, other conveniences are really recommended. When we left, we also cleaned up and left. Give yourself a thumbs up!

I highly do not recommend this hotel. First of all, this is actually an Airbnb apartment, not a real hotel, and there is no front desk service. The worst part is that they didn't provide the code for the ground door, only the code for the room. I thought the ground level gate was automatic, but it isn't. In the cold winter, carrying heavy luggage is physically and mentally exhausting. I kept contacting the hotel by email and phone but never got a response. The service was so poor. Fortunately, after waiting for half an hour, I met another guest who came down and was able to enter my room. Two hours later, I received the door code provided by the hotel. My trip was seriously affected as the hotel's online service staff disappeared. Also, the chairs in the room were broken and I was only provided one set of towels for the three days I stayed there. Because it is an apartment, I have to dispose of the garbage myself, which made me miss some morning schedules. At such a high price, it is definitely not worth it. The only advantage is Akabanebashi, which is suitable for taking photos of Tokyo Tower, but there are no shopping malls nearby.
