Location was quite accessible. The view from my room was nice. Would come back to stay again if I’m visiting Sapporo again. Room was considerably spacious.

Hotel's personnel is very polite and kind. Always here to help. One of the most important thing for me is that English is understood at the front desk. Staff speaks English really good.
Hotel's location is just what I need. It is pretty quiet at evening/night, there's laundry nearby (Wash&Fold) and it's about ~15 minutes walk to Akikhabara. Also, several underground stations are available nearby (Higashi-Nihombashi, Bakurocho).
Room size is good, I even managed to left my 2 suitcase opened on the floor and there's still was place to walk. Room is clean, towels changed every day.
I definitely recommend to have a look at the hotel if you're looking a placer to stay at Tokyo.

The hotel location is in walking distance to Metro/Train station and safe to walk around at night. Also there are quite a few local places nearby the hotel for decent meals. The hotel is away from noisy city centres so it is in a quiet, and peaceful environment but within walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets and metro/train stations.

The variety of the breakfast is o.k., although the menu of every day is not much changed. I prefered to have tomato juice and kiwi fruits, which are missing. the window of my room was half smoked, which should be 100% transparent one.

Good location, short walk from the Higashi-Nihombashi station, direct train from Narita. Breakfast was ok.
