Marvelous Kinshicho

Both location and cleanliness are great. It is very convenient to go anywhere in Tokyo. You can take many train lines and express trains. However, the fly in the ointment is that the shower head of the faucet cannot be used. If you use boiling water to take a bath, water will flow out on both sides. You have to use the faucet to transfer to the bathtub to wash. Please be sure to repair it and let people live in it. Otherwise, it is so cold and you want to take a shower conveniently. But wanting to take a bath is another matter.

The location is excellent! It's close to Kinshicho Station, which is convenient for getting anywhere, but it's a little further away from the downtown area and is in a surprisingly quiet area, which was nice. The first disappointing thing was that there was no shower curtain! When I used the bath, the floor of the toilet area got flooded with water, which was stressful... There was also a simple kitchen, but although there was a frying pan and a small pot, there were almost no cutlery such as chopsticks and forks, or plates or bowls, so I couldn't cook, and although there was a floor wiper, there were no sheets, so I couldn't clean up hair and other things, which was disappointing.

The room was clean and comfortable. Thank you very much. There was no clock or mirror in the room, so I would have appreciated it if you could have provided those. Also, there was a floor wiper itself, but it would have been nice if they provided sheets as well. There was a moldy smell, probably because the washing machine didn't dry properly.

I was satisfied

I noticed a difference in cleanliness compared to other private lodging facilities. The gas stove wasn't cleaned properly, and the area around it was covered in oil. I was also concerned about whether the bathroom had been cleaned properly, as it was wet. It would have been even better if basic cleaning supplies had been provided.
