I had a decent stay, but the mattress was way too hard and the pillow was even worse. It sounded like a plastic pillow and was hard as well. Great coin laundry though on the same floor I was on (10th floor).

Typically cosy room for Shinjuku but comfortable and with everything you need. Lovely staff at reception. The location is quite a walk from the station which was tough arriving with heavy bags but when we checked out we used the bus which stops right out front and takes you direct to Shinjuku station.

We dont really enjoy our stay due to the faulty things in the room.
But given the convenience of the location, it is still ok to stay.
our toilet bowl was flushing by itself each time we go near, the sliding door of the window was faulty, hard to open n close as the track is damaged.
Our stay was for 3 nights only, note: there is no housekeeping for stay ＜ than 3 4 nights (also, unlike australia, they dont even make the bed if they dotn change the sheets)
I ended up with rashes after the 2nd night due to the dust.
Not a pleasant stay so wont recommend if you have other choices.

It’s good for a 3 star hotel in Shinjuku, pretty small but has all you need for a short stay. there’s a Lawson below for snacks and drinks.

The hotel is a bit far from JR Shinjuku station, about a 15-minute walk. Moving luggage to the station in the morning for my trip to Lake Kawaguchi was quite a challenge. However, there's a Lawson convenience store inside the hotel, which is a great perk for tourists. If you're looking for a reasonably priced hotel in Shinjuku and don't mind walk for a bit far, I recommend this one.

It was a good experience staying here.❤️ The hotel is not too far from Shinjuku Station, about 800-1000 meters, and can be walked. There is a Lawson open 24 hours. The rooms are small but enough for one person to sleep.
