It was great! It is located near the Disney Park and Kasai Rinkai Park, where you can take the train. There is a bar on the first floor, and you can have a drink or beverage for free. The washing machine and dryer are on the 5th floor. I stayed in a room with two double beds for 4 people, and it was quite spacious and nice. However, if you really care about soundproofing, it might be a little uncomfortable. It was clean and the amenities were well prepared. It would be better to stay if you go with someone. And if you go a little closer to the check-in time, they check you in instead of leaving your luggage. I was very satisfied with this flexibility.
