We did not buy the breakfast as it was not really good. The bed is big enough for two, its close to the JR station and near Ueno about 20 mins walk.

Very old hotel and lacks cleanliness and not at all as shown in the pictures..
When we arrived we did not find the receptionist and we waited for half an hour.
The towels had old stains indicating that they had not been changed for a long time and dust was piling up in every corner of the room, we could not stay in it and had to change the hotel.
I suggest removing it from the site and I do not recommend staying in it at all

It is located in the adult hotel area, so the surrounding atmosphere is not very good. I think this place used to be an 18+ hotel, but it has been cleaned and renovated. But the location is very good, it is not difficult to walk out to the street. You can go to both stations, Uguisudani and Nippori. On the way to the airport, you can walk (10 minutes) to Nippori and take the express train to Narita. It is very convenient.
