I found the price to be too high for the quality provided. The standards expected of guests at this three-star hotel seemed more appropriate for a five-star establishment. Clarity: Due to hotel policy, housekeeping services are provided only once per week, to prevent unexpected uncleanliness. This is my second stay yet still unchanged. Service: No housekeeping services were provided, despite being charged a service fee. You want one and they gonna charge you for it. Food - Breakfast: The breakfast options were unsatisfactory, limited, and overpriced. While a dress code befitting a five-star establishment was enforced, the quality of the food and service was closer to a three-star rating; hot food options were unavailable. The sole advantage was the room's size, exceeding the Japanese average; however, given the price, alternative three-star options are readily available.

Good hotel spacious with washing machine the only downside is they don’t have daily housecleaning for those below 6 nights stay but over all is good and decent hotel

The location and the hotel amenites are awesome. But one of the staff was very unfriendly and not willing to help on booking the taxi.

I have requested a room at high level. Yes, I was given a room at L11 but the view is totally blocked by adjacent building. It is the worse view I ever stayed in any hotel. I have requested to change the room but only a room at L4 was offered and again the view is blocked by adjacent building. US$200 per night for a 18sqm room without any view is not worth it.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. The service attitude of the staff was extremely poor, and I was shocked to find out that there was an additional charge for room cleaning. Given the high price of the stay, it is unreasonable to impose extra fees for basic cleaning services. I have booked other hotels with better value where cleanliness and housekeeping services were included at no additional cost. I fail to understand why a so-called 5-star hotel like yours requires guests to pay extra for cleaning. Moreover, at check-in, the front desk staff did not inform us about this additional charge. They only mentioned that towel replacement was free. When I called to request cleaning services, I was told that I needed to go to the front desk in person to make a reservation. This is highly inconvenient and left a very bad impression on my family. The overall experience was disappointing, and we were extremely unhappy. Additionally, the staff provided service with no smile or warmth, which further worsened our experience. I hope that the hotel management will take this complaint seriously and address these issues promptly.
